They are a little longer than Expected I would recommend them they worked perfect for my large oak shelving which is almost 7 Feet by 24 and 1/2 in deep a heavy unit. The Qickest way and easy way take off one of the flaps of the rollers use that one as a template for all the rest for your drilling measurement and marking it will make your life so much easier Measurement should be to the screw hole not the bottom of the bracket don't make the mistake I did.

I bought alot of workbench casters in the pass since I own a wood working shop. I liked that these one had 6 screw holes per casters. All the other ones I own were bought from Powertec and Rockler. I had a few problems in the past with screws popping out of the workbench leg and the problem was that there was only 2 holes per caster. With these ProCaster casters, the lift is smooth, the casters stays in place and roll around pretty easily. The box says 16 screws but I actually received 24. I will purchase a few other sets pretty soon.

The school I work at recently renovated one of its chemistry labs, and I was able to take home one of the previous lab tables for my workshop. The top of the table is a 3.5 by 6 foot slab of thick slate that, alone, easily weighs over 250 lbs. With the underneath wood structures & sturdier leg assembly that I built later, the table weighs over 300 lbs in total. I needed a solution for moving the table around, as needed, and these casters were perfect. They're easy to install, pretty low profile when not in use (you can just leave the lever up and turn the wheels in towards the legs), and make moving the table around the workshop a breeze. They're well built and move smoothly, well worth the investment! I have another workbench that I don't need to move often, but with how well this purchase turned out, I may very well buy another set for it.

So far these casters have impressed me. I have 2 4 x 8 tables and I need them to be modular so I can reposition them for differevent events in our business. Aside from installing them which I gave a 4/5 because they were a bit unwieldy to install they work as hoped and expected. All the hardware ie. bolts and screws seem to be heavy duty enough for the item. The extra holes for install in these new ones seem like they stabilize the caster very well. I recommend this item to anybody

I attached these casters to the outer four 4X4 legs on a very heavy duty six legged 8' X 32" work bench with the included 16 screws. Don't even think about fitting the casters to the legs when the table is upright unless you're comfortable marking the holes when your head is on the floor. Just tip up the side you're measuring and follow the kind of lousy instruction sheet's screw hole measurements to the letter. It's important to attach each caster at the same height on all four legs. My workbench has several heavy tools installed plus cases of smaller tools that add up to a few hundred pounds, and the casters pick up the table easily for movement. My only gripe is when I move the table back in place against a wall, two of the casters have their lift pedals under the table, and it's a pain to rotate them 180 degrees by hand so I can easily access all petals for the next move. I give them a two thumbs up, and recommend them to anyone who has a heavy table you need to move around. I never leave the casters in a lift condition when the table is parked.

I installed these casters on my homemade workbench, my bench its small 24" x 48", but it is solidly constructed with 2 x 4, so it is on the heavy side. On the bench, I have an eight-inch wheel grinder, a vise grip, and a heavy drill press, all which are permanently attached to the bench. Plus whatever I decided to place on top, such as a few days ago, where it had on top, two disk brakes, two brake calipers, and few wrenches, I am explaining these so you have an idea of how much weight those wheels will need to support. With all of that weigh on top, I am able to move my bench around the garage without any trouble. The wheels glide smoothly over the concrete floor. Of course, after I move the bench around, I immediately release the wheels, so the bench stays firmly in place to avoid an accident. I am not having issues with the wheels holding that much weight, I have forgotten to release them on a few occasions, nevertheless I recommend that you do not leave them permanently carrying too much weight, as eventually, it could affect the roundness of the wheels, and ending in a jumping bench every time it's moved. Also, these casters do not have locking wheels (which will be redundant, as there is no need for it), it is advised for safety reason to release them while not in use. Installation requires you be precise with your measurements, especially if you are attaching them to wood legs. Otherwise one may end with an unstable bench. In the pictures, you will see one wheel with the lever push down and the other one is released, while in the release position the caster will rest on the floor without carrying any weight, the bench legs are the ones carrying all the weigh. When the wheels are set up as per the instructions, they lift the bench by about 3/8" (10 mm), so definitely these casters are for fairly smooth floors, they may not work as well on floors with bumps or holes. I hope that you like this review.

I added two of the casters to one end of my mobile work stand. I joind the two together with 3/4" aluminum square tubing so the stand stays level side to side when raising or lowering. Stand is used for working on 175 lb model locomotive.

The casters were easy to install and work quite well. The only thing I wish they had added was a spring to keep the flaps in the up position when the casters are not in use. The flaps stick out a little further than the wheels and can be in the way in the horizontal position. I added some magnets on the bench legs to hold the flaps back, but I think I will add the springs myself later. Overall very good quality and I recommend them to anyone.

I used these to support a 138 pound Harbor Freight (HF) Mini Mill on a 15 pound HF universal tool stand. Works perfectly. First time using these kinds of castors. Highly recommended, great quality, good value, appears strong and long lasting. 10-10-2018

Easy to install - I made a template out of scrap plywood and used that for pilot holes so all 4 legs matched. Easy to operate either by foot or hand. Levers up my cutting station no problem and lets me move it around the workshop. Need to be careful lowering as the table can drop if you’re not careful.
