very nice mixer..sound and power is awesome....I took a gamble not really knowing the brand but it paid off...I have a cousin that's in the sound business and he was quite impressed...you wont be disappointed...

I love this thing! Maybe too much- I got a bad case of laryngitis a couple of days after getting this. I would prefer my sound system powered by this thing to some systems I've used that run many thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars. It puts out clear, loud sound, and is much more transportable. The fan does make a significant amount of noise, but if you need a sound system it probably will not be significant. You probably don't want to record vocals for an album in a studio right next to it, but in most situations I don't think the fan noise would be an issue. I just haven't had good results with bluetooth in professional situations in the past, so I almost didn't even bother trying it out, but when other equipment was occupied I decided to go ahead and connect my phone and see what happened. It connected easily, and my past experience would have told me not to expect great results due to bluetooth and the bitrate, but I was very impressed. The bottom line- if you bothered to look at equipment for this price and make the purchase, I think you will be glad you did. My long-time favorite famous brand is no longer my favorite.

Ok, so my Beringer worth 3x the money died on me after a year and a half. Totally bummed out. Then I take my chance on this bad boy. Well let me tell you, it is a steal. The only downfall would be that the fans are a little loud. The mixer itself mind you sounds pristine. I'm a pretty skilled audiophile and I'll tell you, this mixer has the most bang for the buck that I've seen. Of course it's no Mackie or higher end, but look at the price. For your average studio or live rig - this thing is perfect. Nice and loud. Easily powered my Peavey and Bose speakers and stage monitors with excellent LOUD sound. Just did a wedding with 250+ people. Everyone said it sounded fantastic.

Ok, first off, I definitely did not actually need this particular powered mixer. However, my Yamaha portable powered mixer finally bit the dust and I began searching for a replacement. I do the sound as a hobby for live seminars - I.e speech only. No music. So I could have used something much less powerful, but what fun would that be? So upon receiving this, I immediately pulled out some 8” Yamaha speakers and two cables, to give it a good test in my house. Bluetooth pairing was super easy and I commenced upon annoying the cat and my 12-year old daughter (how’s that for irony?) I managed to get it into the yellow on the meter before my ears felt like they were going to bleed. Sound is clear and has a cool “stage” warmth. I’ll update if any issues arise but I doubt it since I will be barely tapping into this thing’s potential 99% of the time.

It is difficult to write a bad review for something like this at the price point it's being offered. Rockville is offering a fairly useful piece of equipment for not a lot of money here and for most of us, it is a strong contender and fits what we need to do with it - which is perform live music in small places like VFW halls and local Breweries and Firehouses, etc. To the ones trying to compare this to way more expensive gear, isn't that kinda like comparing your brand new luxury car to an economy model? Get real! This thing isn't going to work at all if your playing a gig at the coliseum but if you're playing the local tavern then yeah, it will definitely fill the room with ample volume. It's easy to use and ridiculously intuitive with a pretty short learning curve for the basic stuff. Me? I know nothing about running sound but as a musician for 30+ years its easy to hear when something is too loud or not loud enough right? I'm running mine through a pair of Rockville 12" passive speakers and using a set of 12" powered stage monitors - my band played a valentines gig for our local moose lodge in their hall that is 50' by 35' in size. We were complimented by everyone on our sound.. clean, not too loud (older folks don't like it too loud) and crisp highs and solid lows (we do not run subwoofers or any of that garbage). As for fan noise - haven't noticed it all - I mean, you can here it on stage but not through the speakers out to the audience so in that respect it doesn't matter if you can hear them - it just means they're working and keeping things cool. Keep rocking!

I was very anxiious to received this Amp/mixer. Thinkin need to buy a sub to satisfy myself on bass. Once hooked up my 2 Emb passive 15 (which i never sell on my previous dj set up) . I was very happy with the sound of this Amp. 1st thing it was very clear, Slider is very smooth, and yes you can manipulate the sound on EQ it was like you have a BBE maximizer. And this deciding factor not to buy subs. It already filling up my house with enough base. I still need to twitch the Fx. Bought this Amp for my home set up and karaoke. And the Fan everybody was hating this because it was loud. I dont think they understand the importance of venttilation in any Amp. If there is no fan installed in this unit I am sure i will put one. For everybodys knowledge the fan on the unit makes your Amp durable and wont burn any parts on the amp or even the speaker. And i read one of the review that he never stops smiling once this amps performs it was True. I have Siesmic Audio power Amp Before. This is a versatile one, the video in this Amp by Audio savings everything they say was True. I just hope it will durable enough to last few years.

The sound quality is warm and clear, works great with powered speakers just as a mixer, the effects were better than my Mackie mixer, the bluetooth is also a plus, the dual graphic eq is practical and very useful dealing with any feedback frequencies, and the 4 band eq on each channel is a plus over 3 band eq on most mixers, the board is easy to operate and adjust compared to the digital boards, this analog board is flexible and has that smooth warm clear sound instead of the sound I get out of my Mackie's, I like this board it is old school which makes it a ease to operate, Let's discuss price so low it's a no brainer, I like this so much I now have one in my studio, and one in a club. That's right I liked it so much I bought another one. I have read the lower rated comments and can say these guys just don't know what they were doing. I can't comment on the power amp because I don't use it, my speakers are powered, but just think you have a dual back up amp. I would have paid double for this product.

Nice amp with lots of power! Had to spend extra money on cables because you MUST use stereo or xlr cables. Nice size amp with an internal fan to keep it cool. Nice investment and upgrade from my yorkville amp which kept cutting out on me. This one will definitely keep the floor rocking. It has no clip indicator which lets you know its being overpowered. This is good I suppose because clip indication is annoying.

I will be testing this in a performance setting this Friday, but feel confident enough to leave a review now. When I first plugged the board in, I was a little put off by the loudness of the fan. I contacted Rockville Customer Service right away and received a courteous response saying that it is a heavy duty fan to make sure the board last a long time and definitely try it plugged into speakers. When I did this, I was amazed at how powerful this little thing is. I put it on 2 and immediately turned it down to 1 because it was so powerful. Needless to say, the fan noise will not be an issue when I'm playing. Although this weighs in a 30 lbs, it doesn't feel like it. No doubt it will be durable and long lasting. Very happy with my purchase so far and don't expect that to change.

I've run this at about 40% power without any problems other than my neighbors ears ringing! I haven't put it up past about 11 o'clock on the volume knob in fear of blowing out windows and fuses. I played my bass through it (using a proper cabinet emulator and the sorts) and the floor felt like it was giving my feet a massage and my guitars nearly shook off the wall hangers! Is it 2400 watts? Can't say. I can tell ya that paired with the Rockville RSG12s, it's louder than I'll ever need!
