Just what we wanted!

The stress balls were exactly what we were looking for. My husband has arthritis in his hand and he wanted these for exercise balls. They are nice and soft and squishy - just perfect.

Great stress balls

I bought these for my teenage son. He gets stressed a lot and I thought these would be a fun gift for him and also useful. He liked these very much. They are well made and come in a nice canister and I thought the price was good for them too. I would recommend them.

Perfect for work

I was looking for something to bring to work for times when I get anxious and stressed. These are great! Not too tough and not too soft. I even had my coworkers borrowing them for when they were having a rough day. I like the positive sayings on them too. Just one more thing to remind you to stay positive! I think this would make a great gift for a coworker or anyone who really just has a lot on their plate. You could be talking on the phone to a difficult client and just squeeze this thing until you make it through. I also got some these for my son who has ADHD and this helps him with stress and having something to fidget with.

Love the stress balls. Have them in my office on the desk and co-workers like them as well. I must say that the Self-Care encouragements on the outside of the canister are equally, if not more so, inspirational.

The best way to get rid of stress/anxiety

I would like to say that I am really please with this product. I had this problem in which I couldn't keep my hands away from my mustache. I started twisting my hairs, and even ripping them off. I needed to stop somehow and it has had become a really bad habit. I decided to buy Stress less and it worked for me, I believe you also have to put effort on it, but at least its a great way to get started. Plus you get to read a positive quote during your day. I suggest you people to try it, it is worth it

Bought these for my co-workers in each of their favorite color and they loved them. The personalized messages add a great touch, plus we work with our hands so much this is a great item for hands, wrists and finger exercises. LOVE THEM!
