Great fishfinder! Perfect for my use on a kayak!

Great item for the buck. Screen size is good for small fish finder. With a little modification I’m able to use it for ice fishing.

Works great! Good price, and super fun to use. Took it out on the ice after screwing the transducer to a T of 2x4s I fashioned, had a blast watching fish come up to my jig. Can’t wait to hook it up to the boat in the spring!

This little easy to use sonar worked great! I used the transducer that came with it and it worked great for finding fish under my holes. The bigger screen is really nice when compared to its smaller brother. The gps works nice as well, fast and accurate. I would recommend buying a caring case for maximum simplicity.

I have not run the fish finder on a boat yet but here are a few things that may be of interest to potential buyers: 1. An 80% brightness setting was very usable in direct sunlight. 2. At 80% brightness, the average current "draw" was averaging about 0.2A. If one uses a 12V 7Ah sealed battery, one could, in theory, get 35 hours of run time. I'd guess 24 to 30 hours is more likely. At 100% brightness, current draw was averaging about 0.32A and the display was extremely bright. 3. I was able to use the unit through 12" of ice and clearly determine the bottom. I poured a few oz. of water on top of the ice and set the transducer on that. 4. With the unit in the off state, it was still using about 0.01A. Not much, but it might be wise to disconnect it from the battery when it isn't being used. I'm going to have to wait for ice out to test the contour function. Paul Z (Central Michigan)

It has more features than I know how to use, however, for a non-tech guy it has clear instructions for operation. The screen size and clarity are excellent, so I can stand up and steer while still able to read the screen info. Easy to attach the two push-in cables and snap in or out of the stand.

Great little gadget. I use it on my jon boat so i can get speed and read the bottom and depth. No map feature but you can make your own depth chart and mark waypoints and such. Plot courses and all that. Sonar is a bit tricky to interpet but it is like that on all sonar units. From what i have researched, this is the cheapest finder out there. Great unit.

While I regretted for not ordering the cv version, it is still a great product for its cost. Really easy to use and my 11 year old daughter becomes my GPS/fishfinder operator while we were doing kayak fishing! Good image quality and contour mapping function is awesome! I am using a 3000mah 3S Lithium Polymer for RC planes, packed in a sealed plastic container, which can provide approximately 13 hours of power to the unit, more than enough for my fishing trip.

The unit was awesome it was easy to install and easy to use. The only issue is it doesn’t really have a map. It’s just the fish finder. Other then that it’s super nice

The unit is very easy to use and the display has no issues in direct sunlight. I also like the automatic night mode for low light or nighttime use. I am using in a kayak with in hull installation.
