Excellent fill in for needlework stash

Wide selection of colors make this the perfect needlework "go to" when you need just a little of a color and don't want to spend $2.69 for one ball of DMC. Finish is almost matte, definitely does not have a sheen to it. Quality of thread is consistent throughout the ball. Can't beat the price!

This is exactly what I wanted. See the picture for the collection of colors I received, with a 12" ruler for scale. I think there's a perfect range of bright and muted colors. I'm more into neutral tones and there's actually enough of them, plus brighter colors for other projects.

This item is perfect for String Art! If that is your purpose, I say buy with confidence. I also cross stitch but I think the thread is a bit too textured for that and would not recommend if that is your purpose for buying.
