You can't beat em for the price

They are not noise canceling or have fancy insulation (isolation?) idk people can hear what I'm listening to when I have them on. But I where them at the gym and everyone else is listening to their music too so it doesn't matter. They stay charged for a long time, for comfortable, and sound good.

Broke after 12 days

3rd Update- decided to super glue the ear muff part that fell off after 12 days back on. They are working great now! Buy these headphones with super glue and you’ll be good to go! I also keep getting repeat messages from one of their tech agents on Facebook (he found me = slightly creepy) trying to incentivize me with 50% refunds (a step up from the original 1 cent refund I got earlier) if I would only change my review to be more positive. Really getting a 50% refund for needing super glue to fix isn’t worth the hassle and I blocked the agent as I was getting messages multiple times a day about changing my review. But then I realized China has severe laws—and I started to wonder if this agent would get fired or even killed if I didn’t change my review as I’ve heard stories like that all the time from China. So—here I am changing my review. Not because I think this headphones are great (they hurt my ears after about 40 min of use) but because I don’t want anything bad to happen to the Chinese agent messaging me like a collector about this bad product review. 2nd Update: Customer service decided to refund my headphones since the ear muff part fell off after 12 days. They refunded me 1 penny. No joke, they refunded me 1 penny!! I wonder if that is the manufacturing cost to produce these? Hmmm..... Update: Customer service is trying to help me, no help as of yet, but at least they reached out. Used these headphones for morning meditations and multitasking (cleaning the house + audiobooks) and they broke 12 days later. The ear cushions are super uncomfortable-you have a max wearing time of 30 min-60 min before your ears start hurting and I have TINY ears. Can’t imagine those that have normal to larger ears do with these.

High quality product, low price

I like that I can store music in it. The radio function is a little difficult because you can't see what frequency you're on, so you have to find a station blindly. That's not a big deal for me since I'm using the Bluetooth or my music stored in it rather than the radio. Sound is great. I also love that it fits my head. I have a small head so finding headphones that fit is pretty hard. I definitely recommend these. The price is great too. Battery Life is long as well.

Love these headphones

Love these headphones! They’re comfortable to wear and have great sound quality especially for such a low price (compared to $300 Bose). I got the white and rose gold color which is super cute. They come with a wire to plug into your device just if needed. This came in handy when I was in a cafe but my computer Bluetooth wasn’t working.

Great customer service!

Terrible! Pieces of junk the return window has closed and now I'm stuck with these terrible headphones I bought for my daughter as a gift. She's devastated... The charging port broke and sunk in with hardly any pressure. Edit: PicunDirect contacted me and offered to make things right as the headphones are covered under warranty for 6 months. Thats what I call great customer service! Will update again when once the replacement arrives. Edit 2: Great customer service! Spoke to a company representative and received a nes set 3 days after contacting them. Would over all buy again with confidence.

I only gave 3 stars though because once charged, the bluetooth mode lasts less than an hour before getting all crackly and needing a new charge. So usually I don't even bother with the bluetooth mode (which is why I got these) and just use the headphone jack. Wouldn't buy again. Oh well. **Update: after posting the above review, the seller contacted me to troubleshoot the issue with the headphones. The issue wasn't resolved, so they are sending a new pair! I will update again once those are received and will evaluate how well they work. I am impressed with the customer service thus far though! **Update_2: The seller asked me to try charing the headphones with another usb cable and now they are fully charged and working just fine in bluetooth mode! So far, I charged them 3 days ago and have listened to music in bluetooth mode on and off for about 3 hours over the 3 days and the bluetooth mode is still working great. I updated my stars to 5! The customer service was definitely the best part and I would buy these again and buy from this seller again. **Update_3: Recharged headphones again, but they only lasted 2 hours on bluetooth mode. :( . Contacted seller. **Update_4: Seller sent a new pair of headphones, free of charge, since the first pair were defected. I charged the new headphones once and have been using them on and off on bluetooth for a week! These are working great now and I think the customer service was great!

Super comfy - great for watching tv!

I ordered this headset for use in the bedroom to watch tv when my wife is sleeping. I LOVE this headset! (as does my wife - lol! Now, she doesn't have to listen to the tv at night when she's trying to sleep.) Let me tell you all about this headset... First of all - it's in my color - rose gold! lol! :) They're feminine and not all black, bulky, and masculine. Secondly, it's lightweight - even after wearing it for a few hours or falling asleep with them on, they don't feel heavy on my head or ears. Thirdly (and this kinda goes hand-in-hand with the 2nd reason), they're super comfy! Like I said, I've fallen asleep with them on - they're so comfortable. I especially appreciate the wide band between the ear pieces. I've had other headsets that fit over my ears and they hurt after awhile. These don't! Score! Next, the battery lasts for hours! I have no troubles using them through the night on nights that I have insomnia. They haven't died on me yet. Lastly, this pair folds and stores super easily - so they nicely fit inside my nightstand drawer. Overall - I am THRILLED with this purchase! I would definitely buy these again!

Wow!

For the price - WOW! I'm picky about sound quality and was skeptical on how these might sound, but listened to the positive reviews and gave these a try, and I'm glad I did! Of course they're no Sony or Bose or Beats, but they're very comparable to the cheaper quality lines such as Skull Candy and others. The battery life is excellent as well! They came charged to 70% which was a great surprise, and I haven't had to charge them since! My kiddo has already begged me for a pair lol so I'll definitely be buying another.

Amazing Product with Great Customer Service

I bought these headphones at the beginning of March, so I've had them for almost a month. According to the product description, the headphones should come with one charging cable and one audio cable. When I received the headphones the next day, the box included 2 charging cords, but no audio cord. I almost packaged up the box and sent them back that same day, but I decided to try out the headphones before giving up on them entirely. What I found is as follows: CUSTOMER SERVICE: I reached out to the maker via Facebook (@picun.fans) and they offered to ship the missing cord from China at no cost. It took a couple of weeks (understandable because it's traveling across the world), and I received the package in the mail today. They didn't just send me the one audio cord that I requested. They sent me four audio cords. That was incredibly kind on their part. PROS: Now, I'm your average 26-year-old. I've never bought an expensive pair of headphones for myself, so I can't compare them to anything better. With that said, the sound quality is excellent. And it isn't noticeably different when switching from the audio cord to Bluetooth mode. The noise cancellation is better than expected, especially at the price. When it comes to battery life, I've had the battery last a couple days with on and off use and had no issue. CONS: When the battery is dying, it'll let you know. And continually remind you every five seconds till you plug them in. You can’t continue to listen to music until they simply die. Kind of nitpicky, but there it is. The only other negative is the headphones are pretty snug on my ears. After an hour or so, I tend to switch these out for a different set of headphones. Overall, I absolutely recommend these for the price. And if there's an issue with the product, don't be afraid to reach out to the maker. They went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate it. For the price, these Bluetooth headphones knocked my socks off.
