****UPDATE***** I just upgraded to a note9 and am patiently for my supcase but while I wait I had to 'uncase' my s8+ and prep to send back to att as part of my upgrade. These pix are of my s8 after 14 months of heavy use, drops and 3 young boys constantly messing with it. The phone still looks brand new, not a scratch on it! These cases are top notch and I was ALWAYS an otterbox fan, not anymore! My 3rd Supcase and it's the best one. They are the ONLY case I could find that had not only a built in screen protector but also a holster that wasn't $80....top quality and great price, otter box lost my buisness for good! *****wanted to update this review****** I just upgraded to a note9 and I'm patiently waiting for the supcase to arrive today! Anyways, I have to mail in s8+ and the condition it is in is amazing! I work in a loud, dirty and dangerous factory. I drop my phone multiple times a day. These supcase are absolutely amazing....see the attached pix of how well my s8+ looks, I have it about 14 months always with a supcase on it and it looks brand new....best case ever, I was an avid otterbox guy, not any more!

Amazingly durable and priced perfectly!!

I wish I had found this incredible case a long time ago!! It is without a doubt, the best, most durable case I have ever used. I was a bit hesitant to get it because I wasn't sure how well the screen protector would actually work, since it's plastic and not glass. It works perfectly. It doesn't interfere with the touch screen and it's crystal clear. At first when I first put it on it was a little sticky feeling, but that didn't last long. I figured it was just that it's new, but now my finger just glides across like it glass. The case was really easy to put on and fits super snug, which I love. It had its first test just the other day, when I managed to drop my phone on the kitchen floor. Naturally I freaked out, but when I picked up my phone, there wasn't a scratch anywhere not even on the case. It is seriously durable. I am crazy about the belt clip holder as well!! I love that I can use it as a stand to watch my shows, instead of trying to find something to prop my phone on or holding it. I am ordering this case for my kids Galaxy S8 phones. It is priced perfectly too!! I will never use another case ever again. From here on out this is the only case my family will use! I highly recommend it!! If I had any complaint it would be that, I wish it came in different colors.

Better & cheaper Otterbox Defender replacement

I've read all positive and negative reviews about this product before buying - i noticed some of the negative reviews are legitimate (protector screen separating - there's always a 1-2% of bad products in any batch, this is normal). However, some other negative reviews are simply from people who either don't know how to remove a protective film off of the protective screen, or are too lazy to do it. But I chose to take the plunge - and so far, so good. If the world will ever end in a calamity because of this case, I'll make sure to let everyone know (I'll post it on Facebook first). My experience - I opened the Amazon box, unpacked the product, removed the protective films from both inside and outside of the screen protector, then opened the shell, slid my phone in, closed it... smoothed the screen protector, inserted the whole thing in the rubber backing, and voila! My 8S+ is now protected. No bubbles under screen. No moving parts inside. The case feels solid. The rubber back shell is firm. It's thinner than my previous Otterbox case shell (which seemed more protective - however, I have yet to encounter a single protective glass that works perfectly with that Otterbox Defender for the S8+) Is this Unicorn Beetle shell perfect? By all means no - the screen protector is a thicker flexible laminate film (so it won't protect against punctures) - but it protects just fine against scratches. Which, in my opinion, is a whole lot better than the alternative (using a 3x more expensive Otterbox shell with zero screen protection). It does the job better, for less money than the Otterbox. (Note: I could pursue perfection and declare myself unhappy due to the screen protector not being hardened/tempered Gorilla glass... but at approx $20, what is there to complain about? My phone is now protected both back AND front - you hear that, Otterbox? The FRONT part?) I liked this so much that I bought one for my wife's S9+ ... and that one, too, was an excellent experience.

Ten stars! Far and away the best case I've had on my S8+ - and I've had a lot. At a frequent "butterfingers" dropper, I needed top of the line protection. After trying the overpriced (but very nice) Samsung branded neoprine case and dropping and shattering my first S8+, I decided to break the bank and go with the Lifeproof Fre. I had one of those on my iPhone years ago and dropped it repeatedly without putting a mark on the phone. It was OK on the S8, but only OK. The protection was superb, but the screen protector hovered above the screen slightly. This caused sloppy response and almost daily "grease slicks" that had to be taken apart and cleaned. I went in search of a new alternative and came across this one. I was skeptical because it was less than half the price of the Fre, but the drop test videos of the supcase beetle on youtube are legendary. They drop phones from multiple stories high and they're unmarked. The real test was going to be fit, and that's really where it excels. The built in screen protector fits tight to the screen with flawless response and no bubbles or grease slicks. I've dropped it from waist height a few times and it functioned flawlessly. Outstanding case that I'll be buying for all of my phones.

great with one very small flaw

i now had it for a while and i love it. drop my phone many time and it protect it from fall especially when i drop it from maybe 7 or 8 feet when i was using the ladder, twice. screen protector that is included scratch very easily since it plastic which i can forgive since it meant to protect the phone screen from getting scratch. but one thing about the screen protector is that some small dirt or dust will get under the screen protector since it have small hole for camera, light sensor, and ear speaker so you have to take the case apart CAREFULLY and clean it. other than that i like this case very much.

The best protective case for the 8+

I cannot Express how much I love this case. I got the S8+ when it first released and tried 3 different slim cases that offered some protection on the sides but not fully. Well a month or two ago I was getting into my car and dropped my phone. The S8+ is fairly large for my hands so I tend to drop it from time to time but this was the drop that broke the screen. Long story short, got a replacement phone, decided to go extra protective. I was dreading returning to the days of the bulky, rubbery otterbox cases but then I saw this case. For the price and the fact it was being expensed through work I decided to get it. And it's awesome. Not overly bulky, still maintains the slickness of the phone but with a full body protection. Easy to put on and the screen protector is a great addition. However, the screen protector does have a weird discoloration to it at a certain angle. The rainbow looking color you see when soap is on the ground. But it's not super noticable and it may have been my error in putting the case on. If you're looking for full protection for your S8+. This is the case for you!

Strong and durable for the price.

So I am a wearer of the DAD clip. I admit it. I've had other name brand cases and holster clip combos that sell for 3 to 4 times the price of this case. They always fail in some manner. Usually the holster. That sea bird case that starts with Pelica_ does not sell the holster by itself. The other brand that sounds like Fodder Locks sells holsters individually but by the time you buy the holster you could have just bought this case with a holster. This case is not water proof but the phone is water resistant so it really doesn't need to be water proof. It is not dust proof but is far tighter than the other cases I've had in the past. I still take it apart from time to time and clean out under the screen protection but do not have to do it as often as I used to with the other brands. The grip of the case itself is strong and comfortable and has stood up to drops with barely a scratch. Over all the best cell phone case and holster combo for the price I have ever had. I will buy from this company again as I update phones.

Best protective case for Galaxy S8 Plus

I finally just upgraded my phone to the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. Two weeks prior my husband had gotten the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. He did a ton of research on cases to make sure that our phones were protected to the best of our ability. These were the number one choice! Their military grade and have a demonstration video of then dropping the phone from way high in the air and nothing happened to it. Super pretty colors super slim, not bulky at all can be put in your back pocket no problem. I will say that I wish the screen protector was a little bit better quality it's almost impossible to keep streaks from on it. It has saved my phone quite a few times already!

Great Samsung 8+ case

This is case is really great.. It was really easy to get on the phone, the screen protector bends juts like the Samsung 8+ phone's screen, and the belt adapter is an added bonus. Every bit as good, and in some respects better, as the other bigger named company cases that cost way more.

Great buy

I first bought this case when I got my s8+. After a couple weeks I dropped it and my screen cracked. So then I bought an otterbox to have more protection but after having it for over a year the case got old and started chipping. So then I decide to buy another case and got this one not knowing that it was the same brand as the first case I got (otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it again). So when I got this case, I was impressed on how they made the case better and offers protection all around the phone. If only this is how they had it the first time my screen wouldn't have cracked. Either way I rate this case 5 stars for how much better it feel and looks and with the screen protector already attached to the case, it makes it so much easier to put on and not struggle on putting on a separate plastic screen protector.
