I have now purchased 6 of these to use outdoors. We live in Northern IL and I put them up outside during our very cold weather. I followed instructions cleaning the area and not hanging things on them for at least an hour. They have remained adhered to our siding through bitter cold, rain and snow over the past 1-2 months. I have only hung wreaths on them that probably weigh a couple pounds but they do the trick. They are expensive in my mind but a very nice alternative to putting holes in my siding or in my polyethylene LifeTime shed. Bo.th the shed and my siding have a minimal amount of grain in the siding

I have been using these Command hook to hold thermal blackout curtains inside my house, and they have been holding up marvelously! I have two hooks per curtain rod. However, as you can tell in the photo, depending on the curtain rod you get you may not be able to use these hooks as the end pieces will stick out too far from the wall. For us, it wasn't much of a problem as we didn't mind hanging the ball ended onto the hooks themselves. It's your preference.

So far so good, although it hasn't been tested in sub-zero temperatures yet. This is the first time we have put up a Christmas wreath on our front door because we have always been hesitant to potentially damage the weather stripping when using a traditional over-the-door wreath hook. Our battery-lit 24" wreath only weighs 3.5 pounds, which is well under the 5 pound recommended weight limit of one hook. The color also blends in well enough with our door too that it does not detract from the beauty of the wreath.

We live in New England, and forgot to take the wreath down before this bomb cyclone came through. Hook has been sturdy and sticking fine through the long cold (temperatures below 20 degrees for the longest period in 100 years) and through all the insane wind and snow (there is plenty of snow on the wreath). We used this on the glass panel on our front door because the magnetic wreath hooks would not work through the double panes. Would recommend.

I know these are outdoor Command hooks. However, I needed simple hooks that were bronze in color, would hold up on the backs of bathroom doors and bedroom doors as robe hooks, and which wouldn't leave holes in the hollow core doors. These were just what I needed. It took about a minute to hang each one and now I have places to hang my robes and sweatshirts. I'm pleased knowing the bathroom door ones will also hold up to the humidity as the hooks themselves are rated for outdoor use. They look pleasant and do the trick.

These are great instant hooks for inside and outside uses. They are big enough to hold a pair of pants and shirts on the wall of our RV not to mention a gazillion other things we hang from walls that would be otherwise wasted space. Quick to put up and easy to move no nails or screws or holes in the walls any more,

I've purchased two of these for two different front doors. The first has been going strong for over 5 years and the second for 3 months now. If you live in a colder climate, warm up the surface on the front door with a hair dryer before you stick the hook on. The surface doesn't need to be really hot, just somewhat warm. These will work really well.

I picked up the bronze color and sticked it easily behind a mirror to set up a garland. I had already bought one for the entrance door to hang my wreath and months after it is still there ready to hang any kind of decoration for the porch. It is an inexpensive purchase that will last forever. I do not know if one can take that stuff off despite the adhesive is supposed to be easy to remove according to the instructions. I never tried, but I know it can bear a lot of weight. After the Xmas time I am going to hang a Phillips lamp to give an ambiance and I bet you there will not be any problem. Very happy.

These hooks worked so well. I put one on my black painted front door in temperatures that ranged from 5 degrees - 68 degrees over the month of December and January. Not only did it stay on and hold my decorative wreath (which was not lightweight!), but when I went to remove the hook and corresponding sticker, I was sure there would be mark given all of the temperature fluctuations this year. Nothing...absolutely nothing! I was amazed. The spot where the hook was still looks brand new and no damage, discoloration, grease or otherwise from the hook. I now have my go to hook for future wreaths!

Works well on my front door for hanging wreaths. It is not very noticeable, we have a dark green door. It is dark grey, not nearly as silver as the picture. See other customers' pictures of it. I would spray paint this if I wanted it to be a metallic silver.
