Great Stand!!

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I must. I replaced my Manhasset Traveler with this Donner stand, and I love the Donner. It is light-weight, compact, easy to put together, and sturdy - everything one wants in a stand. There are two drawbacks. The first is not very significant - 8 1/2 x 11 sheet music, or an 8 1/2 x 11 folder, is taller than the easel and thus can be seen by the audience. A black folder would solve this issue. The more important second issue concerns the two spring-operated sheet music holders. They are wonderful if it's windy and the music is a single page, but if the music is double-paged, it cannot be held by these holders, and the music must sit on top of them. Or, one could unscrew the holders and remove them, as I did. In that case, the music still must sit on top of the channels that held the screws, but this worked for me. Despite this less-than-perfect feature, I absolutely love this stand.

Couldn't be happier

I love that this stand collapses for easy transport. The accessories are nice, I guess, but I haven't had much use for them. I did have to take the wire sheet music clips off the bottom because my Daily Ukulele books didn't fit under them especially well. But they were easy to remove, and without them, even my fairly thick books fit just fine.

Great portable music stand!

Everything I wanted and more! The only thing I would change is to make the platform metal. Overall this is a great addition to my music room and it's a wonderful addition should I take my instruments and stand to play elsewhere. It's very study, goes together easily, adjusts easily, and has lots of extras that are included.

Easy to set up, sturdy, great value!

My son practices guitar at home. I set this stand up every night for practice, but we take it back apart and keep it in the bag. Really easy to set up and adjust. Great value compared to other stands on here. Also, my son is 7 so he thinks the light that comes with it is super cool.

Nice stand, fantastic customer service from DonnerDirect

Nice stand. The metal parts are sturdy, stable and light. The plastic part is a little flimsy, but so are other brand compact metal fold up stands too. It keeps everything light. It holds music sheets, books, or a iPad with no problems. The lights, clip and bag are nice additions, seem of decent construction and add good value to the package. The seller is awesome. The plastic tray arrived useable but with a crack in it. I contacted DonnerDirect through Amazon, got a response within 6 hours apologizing and asking for a picture of the crack. I sent the pic and got another response within 12 hours again apologizing and they sent me a whole other complete package with everything. It arrived within a few days. With care, I believe this stand will last a long time and the seller/maker is awesome. They definitely stand behind their products and offer quick, and courteous service.

Great costumer service and great music stand.

Great sheet music stand. Lightweight and very easy to set up. Purchased 2 of these for my 2 kids ages 10 and 13. They take it to orchestra practice every week. They carry it and set it up themselves like a breeze. It looks sturdy enough for the price point. With care it should last a long time. Love the extra that came with it like the clips and rechargeable light. Great costumer service. Seller stand behind the product they sell. Had problem with the 2nd one I got, emailed seller and replacement was sent promptly. I'm a happy costumer and my kids like their music stand a lot. Thank you Donner Direct.

Great travel stand!

I love this stand! I leave it in my car and it has never failed me! The carrying case makes it easy to carry the stand along with my instrument, music, and other supplies for gigs at once so I don't have to take multiple trips or feel burdened with too many things!
