Lightning fast and no bloatware installed!

This review is for the X9T PRO. I was pleasantly surprised that this box came with Android v7.1.2 and had no "bloatware" installed, just the necessities to run it as a TV box. Performance wise, the box is the fastest one I have ever used. No lag on the device opening apps or changing menus. Works great with Kodi, Terrarium TV and Show Box. It does have root access but no "super user" app, although in the settings it has a switch to turn root access on and off. It may have a root management built into the ROM, but I installed SuperSU anyways to be safe. There is one small (personal) gripe that most won't be concerned with. I always change the home screen on all of my Android devices to Nova, but every time power is disconnected, the box reverts to it's stock home screen on cold boot. I then have to press the "home" button on the remote to bring it back. Note that this only happens if the box is unplugged or after power outages. When using it normally, I just turn off power with the remote (stand by mode) and when it quick boots from standby, the Nova home screen is there. Speaking of the remote, it seems to be better than the ones that typically come with Android boxes. Also, the clock turns off when the device in in stand by mode. Another plus is a physical power switch on the top of the unit. (first I've seen) All-in-all, this is the best Android box I have owned so far. I bought a second one a few weeks later.

Super quality streaming video.

Great TV box, very happy with purchase. I like the fact that the card is not pre-loaded with a lot of useless apps. You load only the ones you want from Playstore. Could have used a better instruction manual, but if your mildly competent with computers you can figure it out. Streaming quality is super. Well worth the money.

Best TV Box currently available!

I have been using the TICTID K12 Pro Android 6.0 TV Box since Feb 7th. I am using this box mainly for Kodi and only had to do a little tweaking for my preference. I can’t believe how much better it is than my previous TV boxes. Watching movies and TV shows are great. I wear hearing aids that enable me to listen to movies, TV shows, music and phone calls by optical, Bluetooth or 3.5 audio connection. No more headsets. The remote is handy for turning box on and off, volume control. Use a Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo enabling me better control of the TV Box. Purchased a AC Infinity MULTIFAN S3, Quiet 120mm USB Fan to place under the K12 Pro Box to keep it cool and does the job. I have stayed with vendor TICTID mainly because I have had good luck with their devices. A year ago, I bought a TICTID MX Pro Amlogic S905 1G/8G 4K TV Box which I mailed to my brother-in-law when I received the item I am reviewing now. I have used TV Boxes for years and always look for faster boxes with better processors, more memory and storage, now the K12 is top of the line and well worth the money. All items in this review were purchased at Amazon.

The cheapest 2GB/16GB spec Android TV box on Amazon. Would recommend to buy if your new to Android TV.

Purchased on the 5th June 2018, on first appearance the tv box is made of plastic and is very light. Similar in design to xiaomi TV box and measuring 105 x 105 mm, it's very compact and small. I immediately connected it to my tv via HDMI and play it continuous for 48hrs to check for any faults or software crashes. No issues so far and works perfectly fine. No preloaded software beside Android 6.0, specs of 2GB/16GB only 12GB remains available. 1080p works fine, never tried 4k files yet. Handles mobdro/popcorntime apk perfectly fine. Pros: price, spec, nice clean remote and low price. Cons: very light build quality, basic Android TV layout and non dual band wifi.

I love this little box. If you mess around with Kodi this is a great deal. Fast, compact, and not too crazy of a price.

Works great!

We have had a few of these boxes and have been really happy with all of them. This box works great as well. We bought this one to replace an old out dated box. We chose this one as it has good reviews and one of the best specs.

What a great little streaming box

What a great little streaming box. Works perfect for my parents who stream Plex, and some other shows. Has the play store, so install what you want. I wish the android version was upgraded, but for the price its hardly a complaint.

easy to intall

Bought this TV Box for my Dad, I was worry how hard to install, but it was not. It was easy to install; it can install apps from their site and outside google play. The most my Dad likes is the Kodi app, it can watch many movies and TV shows. Remote is easy to use on the screen searching. And the price is good.

Very easy to use and customize

Every one of these android set top boxes comes with a front-end UI that rides on top of the Android OS. Some are easy to use and others are not. This one comes with a decent front end that allows for enough customization that it doesn't feel limted. I ordered this unit because a more expensive box with more memory failed to meet my needs. This box works great and runs the apps I want without any issues. This is a solid unit and performs well. My only criticism is that the remote control that comes with the unit lacks some controls that would be useful to have and that are common enough that it ought to have included them. For instance, a play, pause, stop, fast forward, rewind set of buttons would have been really useful. Instead, it comes with number pad which I don't think is useful at all. So without having to add any more buttons, if they had reprogrammed the function of the buttons they did have into these controls, you'd have a more functional remote.

Excellent Android box

Excellent Android box, easy to navigate,quick response,picture quality is very good. I would however purchase an air mouse because the included remote does not work well.
