It was like a shiny material. I loved it! I just had to buy extra rolls because a lot really doesn’t come on the rolls. I had plenty compliments by my company that came over wondering where I bought it from.

Looks like real marble from a distance. So glad I did this instead of replacing the old countertop.

This product is as described.look great, feels great, and is eary to clear ! very good contact paper ,I measured the size of my table, bought ,this shiny surface is very beautiful.very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a different look in an old but we will loved piece of furniture or anything else they would like to change without paying a high pice

I took a chance and bought this originally as a "bandaid fix" to re-finish a desk. I had looked in stores in the contact paper aisles, but all of them were just that..Paper. THIS item is actually a thin sheet of vinyl(?) with adhesive, and I ended up liking it so much I bought more and re-finished my kitchen countertop with it as well! Highly recommended if you want to change the look of your counters but you don't have the money for a full remodel just yet. It can be cleaned with dish soap and water just like a real countertop. Take the installation nice and slow and you won't have any issues. Some folks recommend using a credit card or similar hard edge to smooth this down and remove bubbles, but I personally think just using your hands works better.

I wanted to spruce up my apartment's kitchen counter and this contact paper did not disappoint. The contact paper is super sticky but no matter how many times you messed up (and I've messed up A LOT!), the contact paper will still be sticky. There is a technique to sticking it so you don't get bubbles (we used credit cards to force out the bubbles) so you will have to play around with it. Highly recommend it!

It looks amazing on my vanity table & cubicle! It was also pretty easy to apply once I got the hang of how to get it down just right! I’m very satisfied with the outcome (:

I’m in the process of turning my apartment full kitchen into a marbled wonderland and this is doing the trick perfectly! First, the price is impossible to beat compared to others. Second, the gloss finish and true marble colors are mesmerizing! Third, it is easy to cut, apply, and you’re done! If you mess up, don’t worry, it’s easy to peel off and start over or peel off to remove when you’re moving out. I am going to finish the kitchen and then move on to redoing both the bathrooms!

I do not have the money for a new vanity right now. Insert DIY project of covering my ugly pink bathroom vanity in marble contact paper. It looks 100% better and it’s super durable. It’s a little tricky to work with at first and then you get the hang of it. I’m buying more for my half bath! Update: my vanity still looks great a couple months later! I decided to do my table top in my laundry room and it looks great too! Tips: make sure there is nothing on the surface as bumps will show through with the tiniest of debris. Also, one roll is not enough, always buy more than you think you’ll need!

Perfect for my application, which was covering foam board shelves for a metal shelf unit. Keep in mind if you used foam board the shelves may dent. But for me it was a cheap and easy solution to items getting caught or falling through the wire shelves. Love the look!

It is very beautiful. Almost forgot to wipe the dresser first. Make sure the surface is clean and dry. Use something to scrap it down to keep it smooth with no bubbles. Be patient with it and it will work out beautifully.
