I had been looking for another method of baking, cooking healthy for myself and family. Its been a very hot and humid summer. The AIr Fryer is a nice addition to our kitchen we chose classic black, its sturdy, easy to use, includes manual with tips - we recommend everyone follows their tips before tweaking them, since they are the makers, their way is the best in my humble opinion. Manual includes recipes, easy to follow steps, you can also now go on line to find more recipes if you like. Overall, we love that you really do not have to use any oil! Really its true, this model has improved over time, and they continue to; its a great time to invest in this model as it will pay for itself quickly. I recommend to anyone who wants to eat healthy & save time. Bonus is clean up is easy. Great product, we love it! GOWISE!! Thank you.

Excellent Product

I bought this air fryer for my mother this Christmas. Because I knew she had wanted an air fryer for a long time, I researched the market for days trying to find the best one without breaking the bank. Fortunately, there were many options compare. Many air fryers were reviewed by customers as faulty and cheaply made. It seemed as though nearly every option had a myriad of people complaining. Although there were some bad reviews, in the end, I bought the GoWISE Air Fryer (5.8-Quarts) for $79.00. I was surprised to find that everyone in my family loved this air fryer. In fact, on Christmas Day, my parents took all the frozen foods out of the freezer just to see what the GoWISE was capable of. Everything, including fries, chicken fingers, potato skins, and mozzarella sticks, were cooked to perfection using the machine's presets. And with the use of liners in the cooking tray, there was no need to wash between batches! I am also glad I purchased the 5.8-Quart size because it can fit enough food for our whole family in one go. Needless to say, I was very impressed. After a few more weeks of use, we haven't noticed any of the problems that the critical reviews have suggested. Although we haven't owned it for long, and problems could arise in the future, I feel safe knowing that this product is sold by Amazon and not simply "fulfilled" by them. For the time being, I believe that this air fryer lives up to its promises and exceeds them in some areas. For less than $100, this product is worth checking out for anyone interested in enjoying the fried foods they love in a much healthier way.

Buy this! You wont be disappointed!

This is my first air fryer and I love it! I already have a instapot and I was worried I would not use this very much! I was WRONG. I use my air fryer at least 3-4 times a week. Chicken, fish, steak... all fabulous. French fries, frozen chicken, corn dogs, chicken nuggets... so crunchy! A couple of tips: 1 - buy a oil sprayer/mister. It is not recommended to use cooking spray as the additives can mess with the finish on the basket & fryer. 2 - Push the drawer all the way in before thinking your new air fryer is defective. 3 - I searched high and low trying to find an accessory set for the 5.8 QT... all of them will fit in all of them, don't spend extra for a large set... it isn't large.

Airfriers make everything better

Best dang thing since sliced bread, I literally wanted to throw all my other appliances away after using this the first time for steaks, man this thing is a sweet, steaks, fries, wings, egg rolls, chicken, pork chops, beef jerky, I am loving the digital front screen and the presets are helpful, I use this for 2 people and it works really well 4 pork chops or two big steaks can fit in here I bought the bamboo filters for it to save on cleanup but it is so easy to clean even with baked on bbq sauce that I forget to put a filter down when cooking. I could keep going but now im hungry and want fries. You won't be disappointed

LOVE LOVE LOVE 💖💖💖 this appliance!! Great investment!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!! It's huge so I can put in enough food for 3 or 4 adults!! It's very easy to clean, pretty quiet when running (there is the slight sounds of the fan but it's pretty quiet overall). I have used it to cook French fries (of course lol) it hold up to burgers, I've cooked shrimp in it (cools really fast!!! (Cooked with shell on), fries and onion rings were nice and crispy (with large batches half way through you have remove them and shake em around a bit or ones on bottom won't be as crisp but I actually prefer that but soon likes crappy so it works out great lol) I've cooked fresh fish in it, honestly between this and my instant pot I rarely use the stove or oven lol!! If your on the fence about getting an air fryer hop off that fence and get one of these cause it's AWESOME!!! I had been looking at these trying to figure out which one to get and I'm so glad I got this brand! If you don't want to do several batches at a time like you have to do with the smaller ones then get this one !! We have 3 adults an here and I can make more than enough food in this one. Plus it's really cool with preset buttons for each type of meat and a fish button, fries, and you can also change the time or degrees to customize your cooking. It comes with a cookbook too!! And the buttons are digital and are a pretty blue color. It's more like an oven AND air fryer!! Oh and you can bake a cake in it too!!(small one like for 4 to 6 people )

I've been using this air fryer for a few months now and I am completely happy with it. Once you get used to how it works and the times to heat things up it becomes really useful. I like different foods heated with air rather than a microwave. It does not take too long to warm up various items either. The basket has a latch that keeps it from coming apart when removed. The basket is a little fragile, but that is to conserve weight and if you handle it gently should be no problem. So far the 5.8 size has worked very well for my family of 3, I certainly would not go smaller. We use this appliance almost everyday.

Great airfryer if you are smart enough to follow directions

We love this airfryer. Obviously with all of these fryers you are supposed to use liners, that keeps the non stick from peeling off. I wouldn't take a review from anyone who doesn't follow simple directions and use liners seriously. Use liners, rinse out after every use, do not scrub, and it will last forever.

BEST BEST BEST item ever!! I can't believe how much I love this kitchen counter top appliance. I use this on average once a day, maybe more. It cooks beautiful and you can pretty much put anything in there. Chicken, french fries, steak, roast, you name it; and all without the grease. You can even cook hot dogs; not the most healthy but they come out like you cooked them on the grill. Reheating food comes out much better in this air fryer than in a microwave. The microwave either overcooks or makes things soggy and the food just never tastes the same but not in the air fryer!! The food comes out great! Gotta try it!

This thing is awesome

So my wife and i got the 5.8 qt b/c we've decided to start eating more fish and such. We've had it for 16 days now and 15 out 16 dinners have all been made in it.. this air fryer is great. Its getting hot where we live (80-95f ) and this has been a god send. We no longer need to use our over or stove to cook. This air fryer takes some playing with to figure out temps and times. We've cooked everthing from salmon ( which came out super moist and flakey ) to cajan style shrimp and sausage kabos, veggies and all. We just had brats with peppers and onion and it came out better then on any grill ( veggies done just right brats nicely browned on all sides ). We've done roasts and potatoe ect. We tried breaded fresh mushrooms which was a fail but at no fault of the air fryer ( bad recipe) we've made meals in this that may take as long as an hour on the stove or in the oven in about 15-20 mins 30 at most. Yes you need to stop it and shake or turn food every so often to ensure even cooking but you have to do that no matter what you cook in so its no big deal. Clean up is a breeze! Ive read other reveiws about things sticking to the basket, not really had an issue with that other then batter, which comes off easy if you let it soak for a bit in some hot soapy water. We love it so much we we are looking to by a 2nd and have just bought the accessory kit for it. So if you are looking for an appliance that will not heat the house up during the summer requires little clean up, with the ablity to cook everything at one time i suggest getting one of these.. 1/3 the price of the phillips and works just as good

When your money straighten out - buy this fryer!

Look, get this item if your money will allow it. It was a present to me and my husband. I had his cousin show us how it worked and after enjoying those tasty Tennessee wings, I just knew it would be a great help to us. We are working diligently to reduce the oil and fast food we consume. This item was a big hit at my house, this fryer is the real deal - we air fried french fries and wings for the game - batch after batch proved to be consistent in taste texture and cook time. It is pretty reliable and I know we have put it to the test. 3 teenagers, 10 party guests and a very hungry hubby made this item an true time saver.
