I love this thing!

Works great! I had been using laptops and android tablets to watch our movies (via HDMI cable) and have suffered frequent lags and errors. I'd suggested this to a friend who was much impressed by it so I decided to get one for myself. No lags, no slows over wireless connection, easy navigation. We do have great fiber-optic high-speed internet and a premium wireless router -- I can imagine that slower internet connections might not get as good results; but then that would not be the fault of the T95Z plus Set Box. Only negative I can think of is that the manual lacks info, big time. Alternate solution is to watch YouTube videos for the how-to. For instance, the remote is a "learning remote" but there is no instruction for how to set it up. It's easy once you watch the video; I now have our remote set up to turn on/off the TV Box, the HDTV, and the Surround Sound system. Easy! ~ Highly recommended.

I've purchased two of these now, and will probably purchase a 3rd. As a wanna be cord-cutter, this box allowed me to convince my wife to let me get rid of cable. Both boxes have performed flawlessly. I also own a FireTV 4K, and actually prefer this to the Amazon box. The remote works well, and getting a game controller/ keyboard/ touchpad with the box was a huge bonus. I would recommend this box to anyone who is looking for an Android set top box.

The box works great!! But the keyboard remote control is having problems with the touch pad. It doesn't want to move the arrow up or down. It moves it side by side only. It worked good for like a week then it started to give me this problem.
