Lights work GREAT!

As they were, they would have still been awesome. However I had a 1976 Popup camper that had internal lights that were damaged and I couldn't find parts. These wellmax lights, I was originally going to just attach to the bumper. After looking inside one the LED lights(in a fully enclosed shroud, happened to fit inside the existing lenses on the camper. WIN! WIN! WIN!, so I was able to take the internal components, hook them up to the camper wiring and now the camper has SUPER bright tail lights, that work very well!! All the items in the kit was super handy as well, the extra cabling, reflective tape,etc. It really was a crazy good value!

Wellmax makes a good kit

My trailer is a old style snowmobile hauler with dump bed which required me to alter the kit. The lights had to be removed from the boxes to fit into slots in the frame but with the instructions and a good kit to work with new lights are bright and working.

Easy install, quality product.

I spent less than an hour replacing my old rusty boat trailer lights with this new waterproof LED set. They are correctly color wired to mate with an already wired trailer, or you can wire the trailer yourself. I only needed the lights, but even though these were more expensive than other offered units, I liked the looks of these, and wanted larger lights that did not have replaceable push/twist bulbs that become impossible to replace when the filament breaks, or burns out. Also, these had the most positive reviews of any of the other boat trailer lights offered. Great product. Becky in Bothell Wa.

Nice and bright

These were a perfect fit; replacing the existing incandescent set on my boat trailer. Wiring was simple and quick, and they're much brighter than the old ones. The price was right. I'd buy them again.

Excellent 1 to 1 replacement

Bolted right on and wired right up. Same colored wires to match your trailers wiring harness. I have submerged them at least 5 times now with no issues. Also they are very bright...on par with the old set of incandescent lights. AND they look nice!

Nice looking lights

The lights came as described. The kit includes a complete wiring harness. I ended up rewiring the entire boat because the other wires were pretty brittle. The lights look nice when you apply the brakes or the driving lights. My only wish would be that the wire harness be a foot or two longer. I had to severely shorten the plug end of the harness in order to have enough length to wire up the two brake lights.

As advertised

Although I haven't operated the trailer lights in and out of the water as of yet, the installation was painless. Because the Wellmax was a simple replacement for the existing lights, the entire wiring harness was not required. Once the ground wire was established in the appropriate position, the brake lights, turn signal, and running lights worked flawlessly.

Bright, waterproof, and work great.

I purchased these lights to replace the "waterproof" lights already on my trailer. After doing a light check on the original lights I found they mostly did not work. Upon disassembly I found them full of water, including inside the gasket areas. The amount of corrosion was amazing. They were total garbage. These were easy to install, are super bright, and work correctly. Before installing I took one of the lights and submerged it in my kitchen sink for several minutes. It is waterproof without a doubt. I probably would not recommend using the included electrical connectors, which are pretty standard. There's nothing wrong with them except they are not waterproof and they will be installed in an area that will be submerged. That would effectively put power to ground. I purchased some heat shrink solder connectors for my connections and they worked great and are completely waterproof. Plus they look nicer and are easy to hide with the included clips. I cannot comment on lifespan, but hopefully I can update this review at the end of the season as to how they are holding up.

So far so good.

installed these on a jetski trailer and appear to be well built. Lights are sealed and don’t fill with water like other cheap lights. The 4 pin connector seems solid. Everything went together nicely and work perfect. Been using for couple weeks now with no issues.
