I'll be honest. I was literally praying for a solution to my cigarrettes habit. I hated smoking. I was a slave to it. Thing is.. I have bad panic attacks and I'm diabetic. If you really want to smoke. Nothing is gonna stop you. I'm currently in the process of quiting the gum now. Which is much better then smoking. New lungs.

Great Gum

This gum is great and a good price. The gum helps with the physical addition and I have Achieve Quite Smoking Authentic Feel Fake Cigarettes which helps with the mental part of the addiction. The gum curbs the nicotine craving and the fake cigarettes (which you can draw air through and inhale to make it feel real) help with the hand to mouth part of it.
