These bars are typical of the Atkins line of bars...not my very favorite flavor, but they do provide protein and a sweet taste for a snack.

I usually purchase these in the store but they were out. I stay on a maintenance Atkins program and these are so good you think you were eating a candy bar! I love them for breakfast or an afternoon stack.

Don't know why I ever quit this lifestyle, and being able to get them through Amazon Prime is the low carb frosting on the cake! Only thing missing is the $1 off coupon in the inside of the box. Great variety of flavors and always delicious.
