This is my second Night Owl 8 Camera DVR I have one in Fl and One in NY they both work flawlessness,,I tried an off brand had to many issues and had to wait 24 hrs for a return e-mail from China,, Night Owl Chat on line was fast and helpful on resolving my set up issue,,Good Job Night Owl ( Please don't use off shore Support) in the future
