I was skeptical but I was wrong

So far everything is going good fo me. I am using this pc for a plex server and as a game console for vintage games. For the people saying the USB ports don't work. Don't know what they are doing. All you need to do is update the USB drives. Second, it does come with a cheap keyboard and mouse but you're getting a good pc for under 400 so you'll ok. Also all specs advertised are true

Great desktop for cheap price.

Excellent computer for a great price. I bought refurbished. Saved a ton. It is very fast plus Windows 10 Pro is a bonus. A bit noisy than I would like but it does not bother me.

Works great for my needs

The wireless USB dongle works perfect in my location. Mine did come with a DVD-RW drive. The keyboard and mouse are still in their boxes I am using my existing wireless keyboard and mouse. I had no issues activating Windows 10 Pro. All the specs seem to be accurate, 2 terabyte drive, 16 gigs of ram. The wireless USB dongle seems to work very well, better than my old one. It is not noisy to me at all, actually very quite. So far I am happy with this purchase. I have other PC's and I bought this one for a specific function in my home. I have only been using it for 36 hours. Don't expect it to be expandable such as in cards. The Video is built into the CPU and not the best but functional unless your a gamer. If I want an SSD I will just tape inside somewhere. I gave it 5 stars based on what I am using this for... a recording station.

Well worth the money for a refurbished computer.

I got this computer to replace my aging desktop, and I couldn’t be happier. Just because a computer is refurbished doesn’t mean it’s past it’s prime. In fact, this one has a new lease on life. It has its marks of previous usage, but that is just a cosmetic issue. I didn’t purchase it to look great, I bought it to use on the internet and work with photos. It’s got plenty of muscle under the hood, and more than enough RAM and storage to do what I want with it. It’s a workstation, not a dedicated gaming machine, but a gaming oriented video card would likely help with that.

Great deal

Refurb item supplied by SJ Computers is indistinguishable from new. Internal parts all look like new and perform as they should and the case seems new also. It's a modern up-to-date unit with good specs, plenty of RAM and a fast big hard drive. connectors for usb and usb 3.0 are good and well placed. The power supply wires offer no extra plugs to support additional drives, but that's the only shortcoming. Keyboard, mouse and bluetooth gizmo all AOK. It's a great general purpose desktop and I would recommend it to friends. (Note: This is not a blazing gamer machine) RSD

Wife loves it--I love the price!

Indistinguishable from new, at half the price! The little monkey toy included in the box made my wife's Christmas, perhaps even more so than the computer! :-)

Decent Computer / Good Price

Good price - hard to find a computer with Win10 at this price - and 'upgrading' to Win10 (now that the free upgrade window is closed) is pretty expensive. Good value.

Great computer, at a very reasonable price

I do heavy-duty software development on this without any hitch. Great computer, at a very reasonable price. I also ended up replacing the HDD with an SSD, it's blazing fast now in all aspects. I would also recommend Refurbees. UPS ended up misplacing my order and Refurbees sent out a new computer within a few hours. Very happy with their prompt response and customer service, in general.

Great Value!

Nothing but thumbs up! An 8 thread I7 with 16 GB RAM and 2GB HD... Plus a keyboard, mouse, and WiFi adapter with Windows 10 Pro for $357? And in brand new condition even though. Referb. I thought it had to be a typo but it's not. I'm beyond satisfied!
