The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 waterproof case works great and is exactly what I need! The case is living up to expectations. It's 100% waterproof. It kept my phone completely dry in the ocean or in the swimming pool. And it is sleek and easily slides into a pocket, full access to all controls, and has nothing that gets in the way with photography. I'm very happy with this case.The case is living up to expectations!

Fully protected without compromising responsiveness of the display

I got this for a friend who chipped the front glass on the side of her Note 8. Despite paying for insurance monthly, her carrier asked for about $180 to get it fixed, which, understandably, she refused to pay. After helping her research her other options, I came up with this case as an alternative. Boy, this case exceeded both my and her expectation. Not only it fully protects the phone from top to bottom, front side and back side, but also it does so without compromising the responsiveness of the touchscreen. It's still as snappy as it is without case/screen protector. The only catch is that the regular cable for charging can't really fit without removing the case first, but it works well with a wireless charger so it's not a problem for her at all.

Used underwater for 1 week in Hawaii

This was the case while Hawaii and snorkeling or going underwater every day. Case is solid. No a drip of water made it to the phone. And I was able to charge the phone every night, no problem. Much clearer pictures that the ziplock style cases, which get cloudy. cons: touch screen non-responsive under water. You need to put the phone in camera mode above water, then quickly take it underwater. I have an android, so I was able to program the volume up button to take pictures, so that was a great workaround. Screen can be overly sensitive underwater or in slow transition from above to underwater. You just need patience

Keeps Phone Dry As A Bone!!

I was going to spend a lot of time in the water, and needed a case that would keep my phone safe amd dry. This case worked like a charm! I used it while in the Cayman Islands taking pictures in the water of the Stingrays. I even submerged it and was able to take video. Never had an issue, phone was safe and sound. You can't beat the price either!

Amazing!

I was skeptical about this case at first. The price compared to other's is what threw me off but I decided to try it anyway. IT IS AWESOME! I did follow ALL directions that came with the packaging because I was not interested in harming my phone in any way. If you buy this case make sure you follow directions as far as water testing it first. The case is awesome, it does a great job I have been able to capture a lot of great underwater shots and in the pool playtime with this case. I was nervous at first but seriously this was a great buy for me and I'm very happy with it!

Perfect fit for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8

I've always used the Otterbox cases for my phones because it has a built-in screen protector. Ever since Samsung started curving their galaxy phones, Otterbox eliminated the built-in screen protectors from their cases. And since then, it's been hard for me to find a perfect fitting screen protector or case. Well, this case with a built-in screen protector solved that problem for me. Although this case isn't as bulky as the Otterbox cases so I do get nervous when I drop my phone... Not only does this case fit perfectly for my curved Samsung Galaxy Note 8, it protects my screen and my phone from water damage. I now watch the news in the shower every morning and wash my phone with soap and water every night thanks to this case. The only minor glitch is that though it has a hole for the microphone, people tell me it's harder to hear me over the phone when I have the case on. But I choose to sacrifice the volume of my voice for the convenience of this case. Like 1/10 of the price of Otterbox cases too! Totally worth buying.

As good a cover as I've ever owned

Very impressed. I work in a dirty, extreme weather and sometimes wet environment and this is holding up well. I was surprised to see the film covering the sensor on the back and it looked flimsy and could see no way it would work. I have an app that uses a finger print to log in and its not once let me down. I've paid the premium for lifeproof before but after the one I had for my S7 which continually broke, lifeproof admitted there was a fault, you can only take so many free replacements at $9.99 shipping..... As good as any waterproof cover I have owned for a fraction of the price. I would take a tenth of a star off for not having a great range of colours but at the price and the performance that would be unjust.

Waterproof case fits Galaxy Note8, does not negatively impact photo quality

I used this case every day on my recent vacation. The case fit my Galaxy Note8 perfectly and it was completely waterproof. I took many, many photos and the case did not interfere with either the taking of the pictures, or the quality of the images. The ability to attach a wrist strap was extremely helpful (I used a bouyant wrist strap).

worth it

i have a simplistic taste, so even though it was the best looking option for my phone, i thought it was still uggs when i first put it on due to bulkiness. but after i used it and because it was so legit, i give it 5 stars because it worked really well. I took it in the pool and out in the ocean. In the pool. not sure if it's the water temp or the chemicals, the touch sensitivity gets compromised and it zooms in while you are under water. However if you use a timer, it doesn't - so it might just be my phone. Recording is perfect though, I did a lot of slow motion shots and they turned out fantastic. the clarity is amazing even through the case - photos and videos.
