didn't work at first.... very positive response once it was working

Turned on once and will not power up again. Brand new batteries and it doesn't work.... Positive terminal for batteries is a spring and battery was not fully contacting. I bent the contacts to reach battery better and will power up now.... after using my girlfriend loved it
