Great product

Nice and big my husband even said he liked it that's rare. Good product, would buy as a gift for somebody who wanted one.

Fits nicely on the back shelf in my refrigerator

Use it to keep the oil in from my small Fryer... Don't care to have the fryer sitting out and junking up my cupboards. Feel the oil should be refrigerated after you use it, not left out on the cupboards. Allows me to wash the fryer and put it in my cupboards and oil in the frig. Voilà... all neat and clean!

The Answer!!!

This is actually the 6th one I have purchased. I love mine so much, I buy them for everyone I know! This is the very best way to keep bacon grease! I keep it on the counter right next to the stove, and I use the saved bacon grease to cook with. Delish! But please cook your bacon on the stove or in the oven and NOT in the microwave. Get this bacon grease holder! Its wonderful, easy to use, and the cost is great! And on the occasion I have not used the grease fast enough, I have dumped the greased in the trash, and washed the container, dried it, and started over. You will want to wipe the outside regularly, but that seems normal with anything on the counter. Get one! Give two! You won't be sorry!

It’s perfect for my keto lifestyle!

I really like the strainer. It’s not attached so I can easily remove it for cleaning. It has a fine mesh so no solids get through, which is important for me as I make mayo with my bacon grease.

Works as Advertised

This is a simple, stainless and inexpensive grease storage container. It works as advertised. I had hoped for a bit better quality, but it's not bad especially for the price point. I put a hot pad underneath the container and then pour in the hot/warm grease. I let it cool and store in the refrigerator. The container washes nicely in the dishwasher and I would recommend.

Going old school!

I was wanting to go old school and save bacon drippings for refrying beans (I know not too heart healthy but yummy to have once in awhile). The problem I was having was the containers I was using were not suitable to safely pour and store the drippings. This container has a wide mouth so I am able to pour and strain the bacon drippings straight from the frying pan into the container. I love being able to store the mesh strainer and top on the container.

Quality and nice sieve

We’re eating more healthy and bacon fat beats vegetable oils these days. So I got the canister for fat collection. The sieve is a nice touch. It collects chunks from getting into the bottom. The outside wipes nicely, without streaks/fingerprints. Good size and construction.

This is just as advertised...

You cannot find anything that will be perfect... it's a fact. BUT, it you want something that can help be BETTER, this will work. My 85 yo father who KNOWS not to put grease down the drain does it anyway because it's easier than finding a good alternative. I wanted to get angry but then realized I have to provide a better option rather than just getting mad. This product is a very good option to fix my problem (not my anger issues, but does help with the grease not going down the drain... : )

Love this bacon grease container!

This is a great product in my kitchen. The strainer is super convenient. The lid just sits in place, doesn't get "secured" so you'll want to use this container in a location where it's not likely to get knocked about. Other than this, my only ask would be for it to be a little larger as I've already filled mine up! Overall I really like this container and see my family getting lots of use out of it in the future.

Very nice container with strainer & lid. Works as advertised. We are getting into some serious Southern cooking / recipes, many of which call for bacon fat. This will be our go to storage container.
