Good Product, Great Customer Service.

I bought this to use for camping as well as the beach. Product came as described, easy to unfold/fold. The clip that holds the handle up did not work. Upon contacting the seller, they sent a new one which my husband was able to install and does work much better. We did have a bit of an issue with a couple of wheels, locking on one side the first time we used it in the sand. The seller also gave us recommendations to address the problem and so far, it has worked. It has come in handy many times this summer and works well on gravel, grass, mud, and sand. I wish there was an easier way to remove sand from the inside of the wagon. Because the base of the wagon is attached/not removable, you either have to flip the whole thing over or use a vacuum. Everything pictures in photo fit within the wagon, plug a giant bag of beach toys.

We ordered ours to go on vacation. Came in opened it up and everything looks good. Got to our destination a few days later and both of the front tires are not round. They look like they are pushed in a bit causing it to have a flat spot thus making it hard to pull on flat surfaces. Not happy with that. I was sent two new wheels at no cost and just received them today, installed them and now it works great. My daughter loves it so much she wants to sit and play in it all the time. I was glad they responded to me when they did because I was going to return it but I happy I did not! We will be using it all the time as most of our favorite fishing places are a good distance from where we park.

Wagon for my old best friend.

I needed a wagon that can haul an 50 pound dog around on all terrain. This wagon is a push or pull wagon with wide wheels. It is working great. Looks like it will hold up for a long time. It was fully assembled and perfect for our needs. Now my lab leads but, I push so there is no strain on her neck. With the handle attached up right, I can slip the leash over it and she can walk in front and we can go for hours. Z my old dog can only walk a few feet, so when he tires out he rides! Thanks for such a great product!

Works good for the beach but handle holder does not work. ** HANDLE ISSUE RESOLVED **

UPDATE 7/12/2018: I originally left 4 stars because this unit is great but the latch for the handle was not even trying to hold the handle in the stow position. The company reached out to me and offered a credit and ship a free replacement for the latch that I could install myself. I didn't see why not since this is exactly what I have been looking. They issued the credit and today I received the replacement latch and it took me about 3 minutes to install it and it works perfect. I will order another one of these wagons in the near future. I changed my star rating from a 4 to a 5 since the company was sincere about making this issue right quickly and followed through. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The wagon works great hauling scuba gear onto a beach without bogging down in the sand. Like alot of other people my wagon’s clasp to hold the handle does not even try to hold it up. Other thrn that the wagon is sturdy and will be used alot.

Great product with a extremely good customer service. Thanks Beau Jardin update: the wagon works great on all surfaces and hauls all of our beach stuff. Destin Florida beach has extremely fluffy sand so you will need someone to push the back as you pull. There isn’t a cart made that will go through that sand with ease.I have zero complaints with the cart! I have two girls so I’m the one that has to haul all the stuff, I recommend this to anyone for the beach and more.

Good product for busy families. We use it to carry sports equipment and beach gears. The wheels are super sturdy. It works well when I load two kids ( 1 and 5 years old) in the cart. Moving without issues on either gravel, sand, or grass. The handle extends out, and it is locked securely when it is not used. Easy to fold and unfold. My 5 years old son can do it on his own. Overall, a wonderful large cart for families. I have used a couple of other carts in the past. This one is the best. Also the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
