This is the only model mono earbud I've bought multiple times - audiobooks!
First off, if you hope to use these all the time for phone calls, don't. Their size is just not ideal and the small microphone does the best it can but it will pick up way too much background noise and your voice will sound tinny to the other party. I only use them for phone calls in a real pinch or in a quiet room or something. These things are ideal for listening to music, or audiobooks, while still being able to hear what's going on around you. I've literally tried a dozen different mono earbuds throughout the past 3 years. I buy cheap ones, I use them to listen to audiobooks. I buy mono earbuds all the time because of how easy they are to lose, heh, but if I can get at least a month or two out of it before losing it, then I consider it $10-$15 well spent. I get about 3-5 hours of battery life out of them, which is awesome considering the size. Only one model earbud I've owned survived not only me losing it, but constant use, and that was the Q13. But the Q13 was the one that I didn't lose and I used daily and it just continued to work over and over. When I lost it 6 months later, I was heartbroken, I searched amazon and found that the Q13 was still around! A lot of the previous model earbuds I bought aren't even on amazon anymore, they're fly-by night Chinese companies/brands/etc. and that's normal, but to find the Q13 still available months later said a lot about the company/quality/etc. so I bought 3 of them; ironically a week later I found the original Q13 I'd used and abused for months, so I now have 4 of these. It says a lot that I was willing to buy the same model again, like I said, I normally bounce around from one model to the next model and I generally get the same results. That being said, the results of the Q13 are about the same as well. They're not louder or clearer than the other cheap ones, they don't have insane battery life, etc. I think they're slightly above average in respects to sound quality, loudness and battery life, but not by a large amount. What's great is their price, their longevity, their easiness to find, their consistent middle-of-the-road quality, etc. I've already recommended this model to other family members who listen to audiobooks, they're dependable. What I do like is that it came with 2 USB charging cables, so I keep one at home and one in my laptop bag. I also like that they have a large button that's easy to hit with your shoulder. I can easily lift my shoulder and tilt my head towards it and push the button real quick, to pause or resume my audiobook. It's nice being able to pause/resume my book (or music) hands free. They're small and fit in the ear nicely and stay there, even if I shake my head. I recommend you find the right size for your ear, it includes several different rubber earpieces. On a couple of my Q13's I did have to super glue the rubber earpiece to the plastic so that the rubber didn't stay in my ear when I pulled the earbud out, an annoying problem to be sure. I only wish Q13 had chosen to use standard rubber earpieces like normal headphones.

A bit quiet, but otherwise works just fine
It's definitely a bit quiet, but I just jack up the volume on my laptop/phone and it works fine. Note that because of this, it might not be good for noisier environments - I've only used mine in a quiet environment, and I don't know how loud it will go. Otherwise it's been great so far. Given that it's only 16 bucks, I'd say I got my money's worth. (Note that it only comes with ONE earpiece. I didn't realize this at first - was surprised when I opened the box and there was only one, but went back to the product page and saw that was indeed correct. I've actually ended up liking only using it with one ear, so it's been fine - just make sure you realize it's 1, and not a pair.) EDIT: had some issues using it with iTunes, but it seems to be working now. I found a setting somewhere in iTunes along the lines of "Sound output", where the options were "Windows Audio Session" and "Direct sound". I switched it to "Direct sound", which necessitated relaunching iTunes, and that seems to have fixed the issue. However, I don't know if perhaps just the iTunes relaunch was what fixed it; I read on a forum somewhere that others have had a similar issue, and just relaunching iTunes fixed it for them. More experimenting to do, I guess. At any rate, still 4-star worthy, since it (so far) still works with iTunes. EDIT 2: no further issues with iTunes or anything. Upping my rating to 5/5 stars (from 4/5 previously); great little earbud, couldn't be happier!

Great for bus commute and gym 100%
I will post an update to this later. This review is after using the product for a week. I bought this off a lightning deal for $11! For a product at this price, I'm not expecting this to last me for several years and work the best in everything it's capable of, otherwise these would cost much more! Keep in mind you get what you pay for people! And at this point for what I use it for, I LOVE IT. I work in an administrative position at a hospital and I typically wear one earbud in during the workday to listen to music and podcasts. This product is excellent for what I use it for: commuting to work via bus, office use and the gym. I've seen other reviews complaining about no bass, sound is terrible, mic is terrible for answering calls. I am a pretty simple guy and don't plan to blast music through my ONE ear. I keep it low, low enough to be able to hear people speak to me during the gym and at work. When I do turn it up to the loudest volume, I'm unable to hear people talk to me and have to turn it down or pause the music. I think the sound is fine. I think if you want it louder and more bass, this is not for you and you're insane to want to blast your one ear. A big reason people may have trouble hearing through devices like this is by wearing the wrong ear cup. There's a couple other ear cups that comes with you can try on to fit your ears. Mine worked fine with the default ones on there. I tried out the other cups and it muffled the sound. I will say changing the ear cups was a pain, but they will eventually fit in. It's silicon and designed to be tight on the device so they don't fall out your ears. Also note: THESE DON'T FALL OUT OF YOUR EARS! Not my ears, obviously, can't speak for others.. Regarding using the device to answer calls, I have not tested it. I suspect the mic doesn't pick up well since it's so small and your voice projects away from it when speaking. I'll have to test it later, but logically it makes sense you'd need to speak up. This is what people are complaining about, having to speak up answering calls with this. I have over the ear Bluetooth JBLs (~$150) that I've tried answering calls with and I also have to speak up a little bit for people to hear me. This is a little earbud that is sold for $16 guys, c'mon. The battery life so far is lasting pretty well. Off a full charge I'm getting 7-8 hours of play, volume around 70%. Charging time is pretty short, a little less than an hour. They advertise there is a battery display that shows on the phone for the device - this does not appear on my phone. This may only be an iPhone thing. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Pairing the device is super easy. Just hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds or so and it turns on. Your phone should find it no problem and you're done pairing. It's recommended to stay within 10 meters of your phone for optimal connection without objects in between. It cuts out and gets a bit of static if it's too far from your phone or whatever device you connect it to. People also complain about the voice when she says things like "Power on. Battery High. Power off". There's a bit of condescension in her voice, but whatever. I find it funny lol.. She does tell you when battery is low while listening. That warning is great. Once you get that warning it auto powers off 5-10 mins after that. I have other Bluetooth earbuds that give me the warning and shuts off in a minute after. That was very annoying with those. Pros: - super small, compact - does not fall out of *my* ear - can be worn in either ear - easy to pair - battery life lasts pretty long - the device is very affordable - it looks so much better than those stupid Apple earbuds. Those look so dumb guys. Gross. Cons: - can probably be easily lost if dropped somewhere dark. It comes with a little bag so when I'm not wearing it or charging it, i put it in there to avoid losing/misplacing it - I suppose the sound volume would be a con. I think it is sufficient and shouldn't need to turn the volume to blow out your ear though. When maxed out, it seems loud enough. *Quick rant* I keep talking about sound and hearing safety - I was in the Marine Corps as a generator mechanic for several years and didn't use hearing protection 100% of the time so my hearing ISN'T great at all. I have pretty terrible hearing. So I think vouching these are loud enough goes to show it probably is. It may certainly be even LOUDER for the average person. *end rant* Overall thoughts: I think this is a great product. Maybe a "gateway" device if you're on the fence of spending $50+ on a pair of Bluetooth wireless earbuds. Keep in mind you only receive ONE and I don't believe buying two of these can be used as a pair. I may be wrong on that so don't hold me to it. I knew what i was getting into when buying this so if you're in the same boat as me and using it just for music in one ear, I recommend this product.

******Update***** I am updating my review based on the excellent customer service I received from Kissral when i emailed them to let them know of my displeasure with the earbud not working. They responded immediately and sent me a new earbud. I was very impressed by their attention to me I am pleased to say I am using the earbud again happily with no issues. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* I was surprised to find out there was only one ear plug included in this order, but if i had read into I would have know... my fault. The sounds was great! You really don't need another one and it's nice to have a free ear to hear especially while I'm at my desk at work. I've had this product for 3 months and it starting to have problems. Sometimes it takes a few tries to turn it on and it cuts in and out a lot. I almost can't use it anymore. I'm not sure why it has started doing this, but I am very disappointed and I cannot find information on the manufacturer to get in touch with them about replacing it. For $16.99 this product should have lasted a lot longer.

I've been spending a lot of money on wireless sets and thought what a waste since I only used one of them - since they were a pair they couldn't be used independent of each other.. Also they didn't fit right and would fall out if I yawned. I decided to to take a chance on this one since it was inexpensive. I love it. It recharges quickly and lasts a long time. It is super comfortable and stays in. Sometimes I forget it is even in my ear. I had bought another single bud at the same time that cost a little more and it had a cooler magnetic charger but it doesn't fit as well as this one or last as long. To me, that was more important. I love it so much I bought another one!

Good Buy; Easy to Opearate
I am really impressed by how tiny this device is! It fits right into the ear, and is very easy to operate. One press and there it goes. Volume is controlled on the phone instead of the headphone, so I no longer have to remember whether to press once, twice or three times for different commands. Battery life is pretty long considering the size of it. So far the longest I have it on is about 6 hours. Sound quality is acceptable, too. Overall I'm pretty happy with it and would recommend it especially when the price is so reasonable.

This thing is the cheapest cool electronic I think you can buy
This thing is the cheapest cool electronic I think you can buy. The battery life on it is great, the sound is awesome, and it fits in the ear well. I got this because it's really small. I work in a call center and it can be boring sometimes or I just get tired of listening to people whining, what helps is being able to listen to some sort of music or show, but the customer can't hear it. This thing did the trick. Instead of listening to people whine about their bills, I can focus on the fact that I have some Smashing Pumpkins going. I wear a headset and it sits on top of this little guy, still comfortable. It's also nice to have at night when me and the girlfriend are laying in bed, I can catch up on some YouTube videos while she's asleep. This thing is just super awesome. The only thing that I can say would improve this is the fact it uses a weird charger. If it was micro-USB I have a ton of cables for that, or even USB-C. Nevertheless, it lasts me pretty well throughout my 10 hour shifts so no need for constant charging.

Would buy again.
I didn't have high expectations for this little thing, but I'm very impressed. I have never found headphones that fit this comfortably and securely in my ear before. It paired seamlessly with my Android phone, though the two-device pairing that was advertised does not seem to work very well. This is not an important feature for me, so I don't mind. The instructions were in very broken English, but charging and use are straightforward, so it wasn't a problem. Since it's affordable, I'm considering buying another as a backup, since the biggest problem is that I'm sure I'll lose this little thing sooner or later! I actually keep forgetting I have this little thing in my ear until I see it in the mirror -- it's that comfortable for me.

Great Bluetooth earpiece to use for hands free listening & calls
Purchased this as a lightning deal (only $12.99) however the regular price is still a fantastic deal. I purchased mainly so I could listen to podcasts/youtube tv while working (warehouse job) without bothering others or not being able to hear it. I was not disappointed. It's incredibly small (even the box it comes in is ring box sized small), fits very nicely in my ear and it does come with 3 tips total for different sized ears. 2 charging cables is a nice bonus (one for home, one for car). Sound quality out of mine was surprisingly good. I didn't think much would come out of such a small driver (speaker) but it has a nice amount of bass at the right times and doesnt do that fake bass sound where it sounds like your speaker is blown. This was honest to goodness just nice clear sound. Used it for the first time at work today and it was amazing. Forgot it was in my ear a few times as a matter of fact. The only downside (and its not really a downside as its likely why you are purchasing and precisely why I did) is that its tiny....so tiny in fact that I've managed to misplace mine within 24 hours of getting it so I just had to purchase another one, this time at non-lightning deal price lol GREAT product, great quality (material & speaker/driver) and connected immediately to any device I tried it with. Highly recommend. Many other neat uses for these as well. Great product guys
