Check the packaging for the stands.

The tv is awesome. Slim and light. Amazing picture quality. Especially for the price. Using it as a third monitor/tv for my fiancee who is in school for game design. About the stands/feet. They hide them in the packaging. So if you can't find them easily that's where to look. Don't throw out any of the packaging till you find them. You can't buy them anywhere.

It delivers a great picture for the money

Is a very low cost TV but it delivers clear 4K images from youtube, Netflix and USB stick video clips, will be buying a UHD Blu Ray player later this year to use this tv to its full potential. If you want great sound then look elsewhere, very small sound from built in speakers. I use external amp for audio anyway so is not a big deal.

Perfect present!

I was worried since a lot of reviews said things were missing or broken, but I had faith and ordered it for my mom for christmas. I didnt see the condition it was in until she opened it and it was perfect! Was packaged very well, nothing was broken, no missing pixels, everything was in the box. She wanted a big tv since she had a little one that wasnt a smart tv since she watches movies mainly on her computer. Now she can give her computer a rest and watch everything and anything! Great selection of apps, even has xfinity stream which my Vizio smart tv does not! She was blown away by the 4k resolution and everything plays smoothly. The sound on it is amazing and it can get VERY loud if you want it to. We dont have to use pur sound bar anymore! Super happy with purchase, definitely would buy again!

Great as a large 4K computer monitor

I'm using this thing as a primary display for my gaming desktop PC. Doesn't have that amazing "from the sides" clarity, but since I'm using it as a computer monitor, I can't tell. My 65" LG 1080p TV looks great from the sides, which matters if you have a room full of people watching a football game or whatever, but not necessary on my PC monitor. I'm not a person that requires the best refresh rate and/or perfect color representation from my computer monitor, and with that said, there really isn't another option out there for a large 4K computer display that won't set you back $1000. Definitely not the best picture quality, but very very nice looking to my eyes. I usually run my games/applications in VSYNC at 60hz, and it works beautifully with no "tearing". No complaints here. For the money, you can't go wrong.

Exactly what we expected

This smart TV has everything one could possibly be looking for in a TV built right into the product. You will never have to purchase any other devices to enhance this TV because an endless array of options is already at your fingertips

This is a great buy, but don't buy it for HDR content.

I have had this TV for about a month and a half, so I feel confident that my review will be an accurate description of what you'll get. So to begin, I would like to point out that while this was a certified refurbished TV it came in it's original packaging and I doubt it had even been opened before. Below is a breakdown of the different aspects of the TV. Smart TV interface: If you have used a Roku and liked it you'll feel right at home with this TV. There's nothing a standard Roku can do that this can't. Plus, you have the added bonus of OTA channels with guide data being available Picture Quality: The PQ of this TV is very good and watching 4K material on it is just what you would expect (breathtaking). Now it is not without its issues though. I wouldn't buy this TV if you want to watch HDR content as it simply doesn't handle it well and is significantly dimmer when viewing said material. SDR content is where this TV shines as it provided a clear well balanced picture regardless of source. Although, 480p video will look a little blurry though that's no fault of the TV. Sound Quality: To put it simple, BUY A SOUNDBAR!!! A basic stereo soundbar will give you much better sound that the speakers built into the TV. While they'll suffice for talk shows and maybe even primetime, movie watching requires a bit more than the TV can provide. That being said if mediocre audio is not a problem for you then simply turning the volume up will probably be fine.

Time will tell

The TV itself looks and functions like it's brand new. It's much lighter than our old TV, but at this time I don't see that being either good or bad. The real test is how long the TV lasts, our old TV lasted just short of 6 years, which I think is terrible but it was honestly much more expensive - so if this TV lasts that long or longer, it will have been a good purchase. I was a little wary of buying this refurbished seeing pictures of TVs that didn't work once received, and especially since the brand new version was only about $20 more. But I like the idea of recycling, and there were plenty of pictures of cracked screens on the new version as well. In all it's a decent size 4K TV at an incredibly low price. It looks lovely, and it functions smoothly. Hopefully, it lasts a little while.

Amazing quality!!!

I was so nervous to buy a TV online, but I’m so happy I did!!! The picture quality is amazing, the sound quality, everything is perfection!!! This is a refurbished and I thought that meant used and abused, but NO, it’s brand new!!! I saved so much by buying this online and trusting this seller that I am ready to buy another one with all the money I saved!!! It came in a brown box with exceptional packing. The materials used to protect it was very high quality and easy to remove and clean up, no styrofoam!!! I loved that part!!! I highly suggest this TV and will purchase more refurbished items to save money. I still can’t get over it, not a scratch on it and everything brand new!!!

Fantastic TV

What a TV for the price - looks great, sounds good (but I use external speakers). There are some things that could be better, but I'm not lowering my star rating from 5: 1) I wish it had a modern (non-infrared) remote. Having to point it at the TV is so 1990s. However, I connect an NVidia shield anyway to watch videos, I barely ever use the remote that comes with it. 2) As a computer monitor: I make it do double duty because it's so much cheaper than a 32" 4K monitor, which is what I really want/need. It's not really designed for that, but nobody said it was. Works OK for me, but of course it's ridiculous to work with your face in a 43" monitor, and the viewing angle doesn't work if you're only a couple feet away from it (sides look darker). Just an explanation of stuff, no real "complaints".
