I should have done this along time ago! This grill is so much better than my old one, it holds temperature better, the quality is so much better, and the food tastes better on it. I have talked to other people that own Weber grills and they told me what I just said and I always thought in the back of my mind how can a grill change the way food tastes they all get hot and cook food, well I am a firm believer now that it can and it does. It heats so evenly that it just all gets done at the same time really holding in juice all the way through the burgers I cooked. I have only used it once as of the time of this review so I know that over time the taste will get better after getting the grill broke in, I cant wait to see how it does with steak. And the best part of all of this is that it has a 10 year warranty. I was going to just go to the box store and buy another 200 dollar grill that would probably last 3 years and then repeat cycle, so I thought a little more money now and save money in the long run. I am very pleased with the grill and I am sure I will continue to love it!!!

Love this grill- had it for a week and used it every day since. Thoughts fo far: - Ignition is flawless, controls feel solid - Got hot quickly- up to ~500 degrees in a few minutes - Love the reversible grill plates- thicker on one side thinner on the other - A little awkward grabbing it to roll it- you're grabbing the adjustable side table which gives some - Assembly was straightforward- did it alone in ~1.5hrs without much head-scratching. - One leg of the grill arrived slightly dented, but still assembled fine and not worth returning. Ultimately I was deciding between: - This (Spirit II) and the Spirit I. Spirit I is the 2013 model, figured the grilling advances in the past 5 years were worth paying an extra $50 for. Also this model comes with the 10-year warranty - This and the E210 model- got this for the extra grilling space. Glad I did- cooking shrimp, potatoes and asparagus for two people I needed the extra space Will see how it holds up with time, but so far loving it.

I wrote a review on Weber, ready to review here. Our old grill was 10 years old, and not a great quality one to start with. It was finally time to replace, when the tape that had held it together decided to fail on us - literally! My parents always had Weber grills, so online searches began to learn about the different models. There are 2 of us in the house, but occasionally we have others over so wanted a 3-burner grill. We've used it for about a month now, & I am so impressed! It holds a temperature so evenly, our grilled food tastes so much better - such a great quality grill, I'll never turn away from Weber. Highly impressed!

After having this grill for about 3 months I absolutely love the way it cook!. Very even heat! I now I wish I had bought a bigger one because I am using the heck out of it! I have been using this for regular burgers but now have also been cooking some slow and low (250 degrees F) and it holds well with just one burner on low. The small vent along the back seems to be very good for keeping temps steady even when it's a little windy. For smoking things I bout a very inexpensive pellet smoker tube on Amazon which, when full, will smoke for about 2 hours. It worked with pellets and wood chips.

Weber is amazing. What else can I say. I have used Weber kettle grills and propane grills and never had to throw one away. I re-sell them. They last forever. My new Spirit II E-310 is beautiful. Looks great and works flawlessly. Had to call customer service for a minor problem and they were the best. Sent me a replacement part in less than 24 hours. You might pay a little more for a Weber but it is well worth it.

I gave my more expensive 4 burner JennAir outdoor cooking system (grill) to my son. As I'm down sizing and he's raising a young family, he could use it more. I replaced it with a Weber and I just love it. My Weber heats up extremely quickly, cooks evenly and it's super easy to use. I also bought the sporty grill cover, tank cover and Weber wire grill brush, all worth while purchases. However, I would not recommend buying the optional Weber iGrill 2 thermometer which turned out to be a total waste of money.

Grill arrived on time. I had free assembly provided by Amazon. The guy removed the grill parts from the box and found a small dent in the lid and one leg was slightly twisted. He was able to straighten the parts to my satisfaction and assembled the grill. It took him about two hours to completely assemble it. I connected the natural gas hose and went thru the grill seasoning steps as shown in the manual. This required turning on all 3 burners on high for 20 minutes. I've used it 4 times so far and I love it. It heats up quickly, has even heat distribution with no flare ups. The aluminum drip tray catches all of the grease and is easy to replace. This is my first Weber and my first natural gas grill and hopefully it will give years of service because we grill 3-4 times a week, all year long.

This grill replaced my 10+-year-old Weber Genesis. It has the same n/g quick disconnect as my old grill, it took the assembly guy about an hour, he wouldn't hook it up to the n/g hose, so I did. It tested out fine. One thing that really caught my eye is how cheesy the 2 wheels are, pathetic. The grill is somewhat cumbersome to move around, but it pretty much is going to stay in one spot. The grill hits 600 deg. in 10 minutes, 400deg the lowest with all 3 burners on low, indirect cooking still to come. All in all a good value with free delivery & assembly.

I bought a 3 burner Weber Spirit II E-310 to replace a Weber that I had for over 25 years. In the summer, I usually grill 2-3 time per week so it will see plenty of use. You pay more for a Weber but the other junk grills you have to replace every 3-5 years. This grill has a 10 year warranty but I expect it to last longer than that. Some things that have changed in 25 years: 1. The hood is not as deep so I don't think I will be cooking any 12 lb turkeys any more. 2. Instead of two cross-hatching rows of flavorizer bars there is only one and I think it affects how evenly the grill cooks. 3. I haven't had a working electronic starter in 20 years so that is nice but we will see if it lasts. 4. The gauge for the propane tank is less accurate. It used to have a sliding scale, now there are some sort of buttons. Jury is out. 5. The temperature seems much higher to produce same results. Where before I would set the grill on 350 now it is 450 to get same results....see flavorizer bar discussion. It probably isn't fair to compare a new Weber to a 25 year old Weber that I loved. Some things I already like: 1. Strong solid construction. 2. Great grill grates seasoned well with the application of oil before cooking. 3. The new spider prevention guard...those critters get in there fast. 4. Three burners are a must., always if you like to cook in zones. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase. I'm sure I will get to know it's quirks and produce better results. One things I am absolutely sure of that my Weber is better than any other grill on the market. I expect to get many years of use out of it which will pay off the higher initial cost.

Had a Weber a long time ago and when that one wore out we were given another grill. Never did like the other brand and when it was too old I knew I wanted another Weber. Just 2 of us so we didn't need a large surface and wanted the three burners. This is a great grill. Cooks great whether direct or indirect cooking. Very handy to have the 3 burners. Really enjoying having a Weber again.
