It's a "10"!!!
Well I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily it was to set this up. I was in business in less than 5 minutes. I had bought another version for my Granddaughter who has also been very happy to be hands free. My car is a model that doesn't have bluetooth enabled with the stereo options. For years I have been using bluetooth headsets because I have never been comfortable with holding a phone to my ear while driving. This wireless transmitter has given me the ability to answer calls through my car speakers along with being able to play music from my phone or music player. My 1st call from my device was to my Granddaughter to brag to her that I decided to get on board too. She told me that the call sounded as if I was talking directly into my phone. I am very pleased with this and I highly recommend to anyone who may live in a state that prohibits holding and talking on the phone. It far surpasses my expectations and worth the small investment. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 10!!!

Very reliable FM transmitter with on-off switch to prevent battery drainage.
This will be my 2nd Nulaxy transmitter, having previously used an older version. I am using this 2018 version in my 2006 Honda Odyssey. The main difference between this and the old one is that this has an on-off switch which prevents it from draining the car battery. It was a breeze to setup. Was able to pair my iphone 8 quickly. I found an "empty" FM radio station then set the same station in the Nulaxy and voila it was easy to listen to Pandora or spotify on my old radio system. i only tried the bluetooth so far and have had no problems connecting. When i turn the Nulaxy on, it automatically pairs with my phone and so far have not experienced any bluetooth disconnection. This is a great product from a pretty reliable brand. Apparently, they've thought this through quite well with the addition of the on-off switch. I highly recommend this FM transmitter.

Excellent Option to Personalize Your Audio
I absolutely love this device! It's not perfect, but it's as close to perfect as I expect for the price range. Pro's * I am the master of my audio domain while driving!!! I decide what songs/speech I hear through my car speakers... which, for me, is primarily 90s alt rock music, podcasts or audiobooks. * It functions as a handsfree device for my phone. This is an excellent feature! * It has a power on/off button, so I can leave the device plugged into my 12V socket at all times... I just turn it off before exiting the vehicle and I don't worry about it draining any juice off the battery. * I like that it has a USB port so I can charge my phone while I use the device. * To me, it's visually appealing and I like the interface. * It came with a code that allowed me to sign up for a free extended warranty online... I think for 18 months? May have been 12, though. Con's * I hear a minor amount of static. Nulaxy says there's no way to eliminate static altogether when using an FM transmitter, and I believe this is true. The only way to be static free (to my knowledge) is to plug an aux cord directly into an aux port. However, my car doesn't have an aux port already, and I'm too cheap to add one/afraid something else might get messed up in the process of adding one, so using an FM transmitter is (to my knowledge) my best option at the moment. I will say, the static is only noticeable to me if someone is talking without music, or at the very beginning and ending of songs when the instrumentation is light. Most of the time, when the songs are fully orchestrated, I don't notice the static... or else I have a high tolerance for it. * Occasionally, the device will unpair from my phone for no apparent reason. I haven't moved the phone, so I assume I drove somewhere where there was, perhaps, a weak cell or radio signal, causing it to unpair. It's happened 2 or 3 times in the 3 weeks I've had the device, using it on a daily basis. It's annoying, and I've found the fastest way to get it to pair up again is to turn the device off and on, which will prompt it to seek to pair. I don't think it's a faulty device because it doesn't happen 99% of the time; not sure if other similar devices have the same issue with a higher or lower rater of frequency? * The actual part that you plug in is slightly wider in diameter than my 12V socket. Honestly, I didn't know this was a thing... I thought all of the 12V sockets/cigarette lighters were the same size, but perhaps they're not? I read in one review that someone had plugged an FM transmitter into her 12V socket, and when she unplugged it, it brought the whole socket out with it because the fit was too tight! *I can't remember if that review was for this item exactly or a similar one when I was shopping.* But, I did notice it's a bit thick and wedged into the socket, rather than fitting snugly. This is another reason I'm glad for the power button, so I'm not wedging it in/removing it multiple times a day. I do think it would be wise to remove it on a weekly basis, at least, to help ensure it never gets truly stuck in there. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase, with the quality of the item, with the quick shipping, and how it's functioned so far. It has been an EXCELLENT option to upgrade my audio options in my vehicle, and I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who would also be able to tolerate the con's I've listed above.

Bluetooth KM24 Nulaxy
The state I live in recently went to a no hands policy for cell phones while driving. I purchased this unit for that purpose. I for the installation to be very straight forward and rather simple. The options provided were very adequate and the sound quality of the audio from the unit to the car radio was excellent. The pairing was an easy setup. The display is large enough to read easily from a quick glance. The USB ports are a bonus in ability. Being able to maintain a charge on the phone while driving and still have a connection for a music input device is a very positive bonus. I have seen a number of similar devices since our law came into effect. Most of what I have seen are flimsy in construction. For instance, on this device, the neck is bendable but it is sturdy. There is not an unpleasant vibration causing the head to be unreadable. Most other units of similar design vibrate so much that the driver has to hold the unit to read it. In most cases, the purpose of these devices is to be hands free. The LEDs are visible even is bright sunlight. Many units I have seen have an unpleasant sound distortion coming in on FM. I do not hear that at all. I have tried to keep my station input as far as possible from live FM but travel in different areas infringes on that. As of yet, I have not had to change the frequency input, yet I have not heard ANY static or interference that is problematic on several other units I have seen. I got a second unit for installation into a farmwork pickup truck that is far from modern. I had the same results and am extremely pleased with both. Another aspect in this purchase that is unusual is that the vendor seems to sincerely care about the satisfaction of the customer. I highly recommend this to all others that need to have a hands free environment while driving yet still want a quality environment for music. Excellent device.

Pairs perfectly & sounds great!
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this device worked & sounded! Pairs right up with my iPhone 8+ and even paired with an older iPhone 6. Stays paired, easy functions & sounds great! Also impressed with the sound quality of music being transmitted. No interference or vehicle noise. I use it in my company truck, which only has am/fm radio, no Bluetooth & no aux port. Now I can listen to my own music (iTunes & Amazon music) & take my calls hands free. I was curious on how the calls sounded on the other end but someone borrowed my truck the other day & called me from it, to see where I got this device. The call sounded clear, with ZERO road noise. Sounded maybe as if they were on a speaker phone in an office. I almost didn’t believe them when they said they were on the highway. WIN! Only minor drawback is that the plug-in piece of the unit, doesn’t fit exactly well in my truck’s 12v DC port. It’s a little bigger than the port and stays in fine, unless it gets bumped. And then it either loses connection or falls out. I have another 12v DC port in the truck & it doesn’t even fit in that port at all. My truck is a 2008 Ford F-150, so maybe newer model vehicles, it would fit better? (But then again, newer model vehicles probably have BT built in) Regardless, for the price, this is an exceptional buy and works really well! Definitely recommend for those who have these same needs.

We used it recently on a road trip and it worked pretty well. It stopped playing a couple of times
Bought this for my wife's car that doesn't have an aux jack. She likes to play Pandora through her i-phone. It is much smaller (good thing) than I thought it would be. It is very unobtrusive. We used it recently on a road trip and it worked pretty well. It stopped playing a couple of times. I asked my wife what the problem was, and she said she wasn't sure. We had 4 bars on the i-phone, so we don't think it was a reception problem. She turned the Nulaxy off/on and it worked again. I'm thinking it must be the blue-tooth connection between the two, hard to say if it was the phone's fault or the Nulaxy's. In any case, it wasn't a big deal and it plays the music through the car stereo system. You can adjust the volume with either your car's sound system, or with the volume control on the Nulaxy. I do like the fact that you can connect your phone to the USB port on the Nulaxy and keep it charged while using to play music. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this product as it makes my wife happy!

Finally an FM Transmitter that really works.
The BEST FM Transmitter for a car EVER! I have used so many others that always have one problem or another. Nulaxy KM24 Bluetooth FM Transmitter works GREAT in every aspect of the promised features. 1. The bluetooth pairing is Immediate, once set up. 2. That sound is clear and loud. 3. The calls come in crystal clear and pauses music when you get or make calls. I totally recommend this one. It's the one for me.

Update 09-2018
I bought this because I have an 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee but the Bluetooth works great on some days okay on others. I switch radio stations constantly there is a lot of static and some I bought solely off of one review that said it played clear it does play clear when there is no static in the radio I even tried to plug in an aux cord but they're still static I'm not sure why Update 09-2018 After I left the review I was contacted a few months after the purchase n sent a newer model. I would suggest buying the newer model. Km28 has no issue as far as static goes. My only concern it that it is sometimes loose in the lighter hole. But, this was also the same for the previous version. I have an 02 Jeep Cherokee(does not come out when driving. Just be careful when moving around in car it may discount from bending or flexing of cord)

Amazing All-In-One Device. Exactly what I needed.
I've been using this FM transmitter for about a week now and it's amazing. I have an older vehicle, a 2008 Tacoma, that has no aux jack or built in bluetooth. It only has a basic radio and cd player. I was looking into different products that would either add an aux jack to my system or maybe even a usb port so I could hook up my phone or ipod, or even my Zune. Yes I have a Zune. After looking at a lot of different options for my truck, I came across this. This product is exactly what I needed to connect my devices. What I'm most happy about is that this device is just a general product, and not something specific with special connectors for my particular truck. It plugs into your standard cigarette lighter port and it's on. There's also an on/off button if you wanted to turn it of when not in use. Very handy. The screen, even though it's small, can easily be seen from the driver's seat of my truck, and it's plenty bright even in daylight. This device gives you plenty of ways to connect your device, whether it be bluetooth or an aux port. You can even insert a usb flash drive, or use a memory card. I can even make phone calls with this. Amazing! It's not something I even considered having in my truck, but now I have the ability to and that's great. The only issue I had with this product, and it's very, very minor, was finding a radio frequency that had no noise. And I found mine on the second frequency I tested. This is in no way the fault of the product, but dependent on the area in which you live. Once you find a radio frequency that works for you, that's it. Nice, clean audio transmitted from your phone, to this device, and then on to your car's audio system. Easy. Oh and another thing: You can charge your devices with the built in usb charging port. So many functions in one little device.

Surpassed my expectations.
I purchased this product because the stereo in my Accord would be too expensive and cumbersome to replace, nor did have an easily accessible auxiliary jack so I was unable to hook my phone into my car in any way. I'd tried FM transmitters before with mediocre results so I wasn't expecting too much. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm VERY happy with this product. This product produces a very strong station so that the static is almost indiscernible even when there is silence. I've not tested the card reader or the USB but that's unimportant to me, I bought this for bluetooth. The music is loud and clear on my speakers and the unit is very easy to use, the skip buttons work well as does the call button, volume, etc. What REALLY impressed me with this product was the mic. Making calls is crystal clear, it has a very slight bit of muffle on the receiving end but not enough that anyone has complained. What's more, it's so clear that I can use voice to text on my phone and it picks it up beautifully. There are also little details that I appreciate, such as the audible "phone paired" notification when I turn it on and it pairs with my phone. This version also has an on/off button for those cars where the lighter jack remains active when the car is off (this way you don't have to disconnect the unit). In short, I love this product and it has surpassed my expectations, I would highly recommend it. I'm also very happy with the customer service of this company. The first unit I bought had a faulty on/off button and CS was very responsive. In a couple of days I had a new one on the way. All in all, my experience with Nulaxy thus far has been amazing.
