Im happy that its actually non-stick! i just made a "fried" egg w/ no oil and i had been making omelettes no problem since i got it. eggs are one of the foods that stick the most. i think u just have to follow directions which means u cant heat it up a lot, low heat, and u have to let it cool before cleaning, and use the softest sponge. also no metal utensils. i ruined my other ceramic pan by heating it up so much i learned my lesson. i hope that if i take care of it, it will last me a long time

Love my fry pan. Why is it I want to buy another one and it is $5.00 more????? Not sure I want it that bad.

I love this pan! It conducts heat amazingly well so be sure and keep that in mind when you first start using it. I found I had to turn the stove down to a lower setting when using this pan compared to the (older) high dollar set I owned previous. Also, it truly has a "non-stick" surface. Fried eggs slide right off onto your plate with just a tilt. Highly recommend this pan!!

Wonderful pan! It's hard to find a fry pan that comes with a lid, I don't know why that is. Nice finish, cleans up nice too. So glad I found this pan.

Best pot EVER!!

This pot is unbelievable!! My new favorite pot!! I will be buying more for myself and for gifts. No butter or oil needed for cooking. Nothing sticks!! It’s by far the best pot I have ever owned! You will not regret buying this! I highly recommend!

Value for money!!

This is my second purchase from Cook N Home and I love both of them. I have been using this regularly now and it has worked out beautifully!!! Its light weight and heats up quickly. Easy to wash. The non stick is good enough to cook food in very little oil without sticking food to it. The look too is very beautiful. The only drawback is that it does not have a helper handle on the other side. Hence, you have to be careful about moving or lifting it while its filled. Apart from that its value for money.

8 1/2 months of usage

After 8 1/2 months of near daily usage this pan is still like new and the non-stick surface is as good as day one. It has become my all time favorite pan, and I've used a lot in my 45 years of cooking. I have ruined similar ceramic pans in the past by using high heat, so on this one I only use low to medium heat (which still cooks like high heat on other Teflon/Stainless pans). When I stir fry I use medium heat or less. If the pan is filled with soup or other liquid I will use high just until it boils, then back to med or lower. I am extremely happy with this pan and will buy more of this line as needed... wishing they made a similar square griddle . This pan is so slick you could just wipe it clean with a cloth but we always wash it by hand with soft brush and soapy water within hours of use (after cooling) and towel dry.

Ideal Non-Stick Pan or Wok

I wanted a wok to cook vegetables and decided on this because it is ceramic and non-stick. Also because it can be used for a range of cooking, and not just as a wok. I just got it yesterday and immediately used it to cook several items. It performed flawlessly, cooking vegetables quickly and evenly. Best of all, cleanup took about 1 minute. I love that it's deep and has a cover. Also that the ceramic coating is safer than Teflon. It does require using plastic or wood utensils, to avoid scratching the ceramic finish, but I do that anyway. I haven't noticed any downsides and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a wok or just a good all-purpose pan. Great Pan that will be your favorite choice for most anything!

I have had this pan/lid combination for about a month, and I feel compelled to write a review. I love, love, love it! Having used other similar aluminum pans (12-inch) with the same finish (purchased from my local Asian market) I was impressed with the way they worked. I wanted a smaller pan with a lid and found this one on Amazon. What is particularly nice about it is that (1) NOTHING sticks to it, (2) heat distribution is great and even across the pan (using it in a gas range), and (3) it's a breeze to clean! I use it for everything: rice, eggs, soup, meat, whatever I throw at it. Highly recommended, if you need a great everyday pan for small to medium cooking chores. Now if I could only find the same pan/lid in a slightly smaller size, I would be set!

Great quality

I was looking to replace this type of pot from a much more expensive set of Swiss ware due to the non stick coating peeling off. In reviewing ratings, I came across this one. Much cheaper. So far better quality. I have had for about 18 months now and use this at least once a week. It is pretty easy to clean and there are no problems with the coating peeling. Don't let the color dissuade you from considering this one.
