Easy and fast

I regard myself as a technical person and just finished installing by myself. Easy and fast. Perhaps for those who are not good at hardware work are suggested to find a installer. The build quality is very solid and the password pad is sensitive. For the app, it allows you to review entry and leave history and send a temporary passcode to a visitor, which are good enough for me. Besides that, don't expect too much of it.

Sleek looking and easy access lock

Installation was extremely simple. I previously had a keypad lock on a door and the bore size matched this lock's hardware which made it even easier. I believe the installation of the lock itself took only 10-15 minutes tops. The lock looks great, I like the fact that the numbers disappear unless you wake up the lock by simply waving your hand in front of it. The RFID cards are great and allow quick access versus punching in a code. The programming could be a little easier. I had some trouble setting up multiple RFID cards for one user, but eventually figured it out. I thing the only con I have is probably a big one for my personal use. The app for this lock is extremely slow and will not program with my codes. The lock and app do not work in unison like they should which is a problem because I'm using this for an Airbnb and need to be able to access and keep track of the lock's activities. I will keep trying to dial in the lock with it's app. I originally had a hiccup with this product and the state it arrived in, but the seller quickly replaced the lock at no charge and resolved my issue.

Great lock! I had someone else installing it. Easy setup. It took less than 3 minutes. Bought a second unit already.

Be prepared to spend a lot of money on extra access cards (fobs)

Giving 3 stars only because it's nearly impossible to get additional fobs (access cards). I tried various cards, none worked, then had to contact seller (ZKTeco). Long story short, minimum order was for 100 cards at a cost of nearly $500 USD. Otherwise the product is not bad. Update (March 2018): They started selling the fobs on Amazon. I picked up a bunch for a reasonable cost. Upgrading to 5 stars now.

Company is making due on its promise, Let's See

The original product had some problems with it when I received it but the company proactively reached out to me to resolve the issue. At first I wasn't interested but being reasonable they are shipping me a replacement. Some products are not perfect when they arrive due to shipping damages, mechanical defect or electronic bugs but the company made an all out effort to making me a happy customer. The technological features are awesome and the price was the best I could find searching 3 days online. I and like others want the product to just work. I will also update my rating later if the replacement doesn't have any problems.

Have used for several day, works perfect. I used it on my bedroom door, because i just want secure my private space. The App needs a little time to get used to it but not difficult. Usually i keep a key fob in my pocket and use both the fob and password. Love it, will update more information.

This is my first smart lock but I'm very happy with it so far

This is my first smart lock but I'm very happy with it so far! The entire unit has a very solid feel to it. Installation took about an hour and the instructions were very helpful. Registered 5 users and two RF cards in under 10 minutes. The touchpad could be a little brighter (a little difficult to see when sun is directly on it) but I'm assuming that's intentional so that we don't burn through batteries twice as quick. I love tinkering with the app and sending a temporary password remotely is a great feature.
