On a steel building, I was barely getting a signal from a wireless IP camera and antenna mounted outside. Used this cable to move the antenna inside the building - full strength signal immediately.

Added functionality

My camera is positioned on the outside of hurricane shutters. This extension allows antenna placement on the inside so camera functions when shutters closed. The only hiccup was I first ran the wire along a metal rail. Saw intermittent dropouts, so repositioned on stucco above the rail. Seems to have fixed the problem. Suspect shielding was inadequate for such close proximity to metal.
