I use a 15 needle professional embroidery machine I run at 900 stitches per minute. I have stitched 25 designs so far with this thread and I have only had one thread break. I changed my needle and now have had no thread breaks. The luster is great, it doesn’t twist or fray, the size is perfect for my machine. If you are using a home embroidery machine just place the spool on the table behind your machine and thread your machine like usual. The spool doesn’t spin or move, the thread simply feeds off of it. The price is fantastic, even cheaper than what I pay wholesale for big spools. I’ll definitely buy again.

I'm working on a lot of free stand lace (FSL) products for my daughter while trying to keep the costs down! Without the help of New Brothreads I wouldn't be able to do it. I run two Viking Husquvarnia sewing machines the Ruby Royale and Diamond Deluxe and I've never had problem with the thread breaking or shredding. So I'll continue to purchase these threads because I can't beat the price! The second picture is the consistency of colors! I purchased the white spools for use as bobbin thread when I'm doing the FSL. Just got white for the bobbins, angels and FSL Projects!

I bought this because I wanted to try a different thread for FMQ. I'd been using 40wt Aurifil and wanted to try out a trilobal poly, but didn't want to spend too much. I must say, it's a beautiful result. Shiny and no breakage. I used the prewound Magna glide in the bobbin of my longarm and this on top, and the result is just wonderful. Try it for an affordable, shiny alternative to cotton thread for quilting.

Seems to be quite strong for how thin it is. I was surprised. The cone, however, is too big on the inside for both my Huskylock s21 serger and my Viking 965q regular machine. I am able to use it by poking a serger spool cone holder way up into it and placing it on my free-standing thread holder beside the machine. Good thing that catches the spool holder because the thread spool is so tall. Height is also the problem. For me a shorter spool would've worked better but I saw the price vs. quantity and thought it such a deal I probably didn't think enough about the size of the spool.

Beautiful thread. My babylock emp6 loved it. Can hardly wait to use all of these colors I added a video of it stitching and my final product.

Threads are twisted very well; no clumping or thin spots. Stretch is pretty good as well. These threads are very thin, so there may some issues dealing with upper thread tension. Definitely recommend testing vigorously with exact material & number of layers before giving it a go. Used for freehand machine embroidery on a Necchi BU Supernova with great results. Threads are thin, so make sure you're not getting these for medium weight. Bonus - works good for bobbin threading as well. Maybe a bit unconventional, but it works well for me. Given that the thread is so thin, I highly recommend using a thread cone holder. The weight of the spindle is far greater than what your machine may expect and will end up with disastrous upper tension issues. I can't express this enough; Fine tuning thread tension is an absolute must before you go for the real deal! This is especially important with embroidery as the tearing these stitches is very difficult.

This is some of the best embroidery I have purchased. I only wish they would list the colors and let me pick which ones I want. I don't mind if they only sell them in three packs, but let me pick the colors. Picture is a 20" pillow cover (to be assembled) I made with this thread, stitched out perfect with no problems.

These are massive spools and you will need a spool holder for it will not work with most machines that use the 2 x 5.5 x 2 inches thread size. I knew this when I bought it and had rigged up a thread spool holder behind my machine so it will work w/o problems. Bought the red black and white combination which I use a lot during the holidays and with Halloween & Christmas its getting a work out. Reliable thread, doesn't shed and does a good job with free standing lace and filled embroidery fonts & designs. Great price and works great.

Works with my pe800 Great quality and price True to size I personally don’t need a thread stand with it just place it in front of your machine and works like a charm Would buy again and I have already Purchased more colors Does not come with a thread net FYI

This is my 2nd purchase of this thread, only in a different color. It was recommended I use Isacord in my Bernina, but after trying this brand Ive found it works great! The price allows me to afford to do more projects. I use it mostly in my embroidery module, but also for free motion quilting. I love that I can buy groups of colors that if broken down costs much less than the "other" brands. I've had no thread breakage in my machine. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ease to find the thread on a new spool. Some colors were very obvious while several others I had a hard time finding where the end thread was woven into the spool. Another note to users, I use a multi-spool holder attached to upper rear of machine to feed thread from large spools. This was a huge factor in working with larger spools should you have difficulties with it feeding properly in your machine.
