**** UPDATED REVIEW*** *READ PREVIOUS REVIEW AS WELL* Great product and happy with my purchase. No better grab handle out there. Had some issues that we not the fault of the manufacturer but instead that of Amazon. Spoke with the manufacturer and the assured me they were going to speak with Amazon about the logistical issues that happened with my order to help prevent the same issue from happening in the future. Spoke with Amazon and we got the issue resolved and got a replacement set sent to me. I love the product itself, that would get a 5 star rating. Gave it a 2 rating because I ordered the 2 pack of the GPCA Pro grab handles and it showed up with bad open in the box and only one grab handle in the bag. Now I have to re-order in order to get a full set even though I already paid for a full set. I have a 2 door wrangler with no back seat and I’ll now have 3 grab handles I guess I’ll have an extra if something happens to one. Other than that this product is amazing and I would recomend it. Just make sure you get what you paid for.

Over a ten year period three of my Mastercraft grab handles failed from a combination of possible sun damage and an apparent engineering design flaw. I cannot see how these handles will ever fail from identical use circumstances!

Outstanding Customer Service and Great Product

Purchased four of these grab handles and really only needed two. Called GPCA and the Customer Service rep was super helpful, even though I purchased them from Amazon in lieu of purchasing them direct from GPCA. She requested my order number, issued an RMA and the handles are on the way back to GPCA. The Rep was very courteous, professional, and diligent in resolving my issue. Lots of Kudos and thanks for assisting me. The product is great. Easy to install, strong, and stays in place. You will not be disappointed with the product, and if necessary, their service.

Much more secure grabhold than typical

After a serious knee injury, we needed to replace the loose swinging but attractive soft hanging grab handles. I was concerned about hitting head on metal. Not a problem. These are very secure and designed well to not hit your head . Very pleased and can recommend.

Excellent Fit, Great Quality

I tried to save a few bucks and purchased the cheap version only to have one of the clips break after maybe a week. These are amazing and worth every penny. Excellent fit. Great quality. I highly recommend them!

Sturdy, attractive, and easy to install

Super easy velcro install, put them above my driver and passenger doors and it really helps to have that second handle when you're 5'2" tall climbing into your JL Rubicon. Solid, functional, and I love the way they look.

Great design, but wish the had the window break/survivor tool.

Really happy with these handles! If you don't need the pen holder and don't car about a little bit of cushion under your grip buy the cheaper version and you'll be fine. I'm personally ordering the cheaper version for the back seats.

Top notch customer service

5 stars because their customer service is as great as the product. Product is solid, I’ve owned a lot of different handles and I like these the best, not a big deal to me if they flip or not because their silhouette is minimal. Mine came with the wrong eylets for my JL head rests which are a bit bigger, keep that in mind if ordered for a JL. Customer service contacted me literally 12 hours after to remedy the problem (on a weekend) and have my replacements on the way.

Pro grab handles

Must have for a Jeep. This has way more support all around for the bar. Old paid was a single strap and broke over time. This handle is way cooler and better to grab when riding.
