We ordered these to use as wheels on a galvanized tub that we were turning into a planter/umbrella stand. They were not to difficult to screw on the bottom of the tub. The two with a brake on them did not clear the bottom lip of the tub, so we placed a small wedge of shim between the tub and the wheels and then screwed them down tight. Worked like a charm and were easily reached to lock. When rolling the tub filled with rock and dirt and some concrete, it rolled easily. We were very pleased with how they worked. I will post a picture of the planter this weekend.

These are small but well made and would probably be best suited for medium duty. I bought them for an object that is about 110# and they get the job done. They do have bearings on the wheels and on the swivel. Rubber on the wheels makes for smooth and quiet operation.

I like these casters because they're easier to use than the set i got at Home Depot which has the locking mechanism on the side of the wheels. These are on the top so you can just use your toe to lock and unlock the wheels. Works well, holds my table saw in place when locked and wheels easily when unlocked.

Sturdy enough to handle wine barrel planters!

I've mounted these casters on the bottom of a bass guitar cab. The amp itself weighs over 135lbs so bottom wheels were a must. So far they've held up great. I used some heavy duty self tapping screws to place the wheels and they seem sturdy.

Theses are sturdy casters. better made than ones I find in local big-box stores. They are also cheaper. The brake is easy to reach and operate (provide casters are mounted near the edge of the cabinet). The only downside is the mounting slots. While I appreciate the slots more than simple round holes, these slots are wide - necessitating large screws and/or washers. I used #12 screws and they barely overlap the slots. Other than that these are a great bargain.

I purchased a large storage cabinet to hold all my craft supplies, but it had fixed legs and I wanted something that would move so I purchased these castor wheels. I don't know anything about this stuff so I relied on the good ratings they got and I'm here to add some more. They hold up to 250 lbs and once more cabinets full, it's about that weight and even with that these wheels turn easily and even have locking brakes to keep it stable. These were a good idea and great purchase to convert my cabinet.

Perfect for my fairly heavy Mission-style recliner. Be ready, though, screws NOT included (which they plainly state).

These 2” casters raise the cabinet s bit high for indoor residential use, but the bigger the caster (generally) the more the weight they will handle, so for our 600# 65”TV Lift Cabinet (w/TV in it) it worked best, though we still would have preferred if they had been only 1” high. Recommend them for heavy weights though. The caster rated weight is PER CASTER. So a 110# caster on each of 4 corners supports 440#; however adding a 5th caster holds 550#, and a 6th... 660#,etc. OR you can go up to a heavier rated caster and need less casters.

I used them on a pellet hopper for my pellet stove and they wheels work great. Had smaller wheels on it before and the bearing started coming out. Not with these, these are heavy duty and the hopper with four forty pound bags of pellets in it rolls around with ease.
