UPDATE! I really don’t understand all of the negative reviews on this system! I had a small issue with the screen and the company replaced the entire system in two days! I didn’t want to have to take down my cameras etc and I found in the system setup an export and import option. I was able to export my original configuration from the damaged screen to the new screen and all four cameras popped on immediately after restart! The book gives u step by step instructions. I really don’t understand the issue here! This is a great set for the price and easily expandable. I am going to get at least one more camera. I stand by my original review! I love this system! I love this system. Hands down. I previously had just an older Uniden system, but Thursday our shed was in the middle of being burglarized when we inadvertently scared them away by turning on a bathroom light. Pulled the video and nothing usable. Ordered this immediately and am kicking myself for not doing it earlier. I know it’s odd to say it’s customizable but it truly is. There are alarms for each camera and area. The screen is extremely clear and and a perfect size for what we need. The picture, super clear and the camera has no lag or skipping in playback to monitor. Shipping was two day prime and the unit was packed tightly and securely for shipment. If you are trying to decide between a few different units, forget about them and definitely do your self a favor and spend the money here! So worth it.

Quick setup and connect!

Great plug and play system, only requires power can't beat for the price. I encountered a problem with one of the cameras night vision, but after emailing their support team through Amazon they replaced it arrived in 2 days and connected easily. Its great to instantly connect through phone and view cameras for live view or playback!

Best surveillance security camera. 20/20 super clear both daylight and night

This is the Best surveillance security camera out of the 3, I’ve bought so far. The pictures are super clear on the 10 inch monitor that came with it and also super clear on my cell phone. Not just clear pictures on day times but also super clear at night time. You can see very detail with the night vision on your cell phone 20/20. The 2 security camera set I bought before can not get this clear pictures at all. The videos is recorded 24/7 and You can also roll back the video to see everything that’s going on from previous times of the day. Very easy self install that any one can do and super easy to set up on the monitor and on your phone by reading the direction manual that came with it. I bought it almost a month now and so far it’s running excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. Worth every dollar!! I have had taken some pictures of how clear all the pictures on the monitor and on my cell phone, on both day times and night times so you can see how clean all the pictures are. This is my first time ever written a review on Amazon so you gotta believe me! Thumbs up!!

Great system

This is a great system. Very easy to set up. Great instruction manual (not written in a clumsy English translation). Excellent picture quality. Delighted with the night vision quality. This is a total package, includes every thing you need to install.

support from Seller

We had our electrician hook up the cameras (we are Seniors) because they need to be plugged in to a power source. That went well and after some confusion on the setting (our fault !), the cameras were up and the views showed on the monitor and running. We did contact Amazon when we had a problem : a blue screen with the NVR logo instead of the view appeared on the screen, intermittently and switching among the 4 cameras.. Amazon told us to contact the Seller and at first I was doubtful to hear from then any time soon (it was late FRI afternoon), but to my surprise they answered my e-mail within a few hours and we are up and running. Personally I am grateful to, and support sellers that stand behind their product and are willing to help if needed. So, my thanks to Cromorc. (and, of course the people at Amazon that are always willing to lend a helping hand !)

Best CCTV ever!

This was so easy to install, the monitor is crystal clear and the app works great on my cell. I lost one of the adjustment screws (totally my fault) and contacted the company directly. Cindy was most helpful in getting me the specs so I could pick one up locally. Company was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with!

Nice camera system

Awesome camera system. Very easy set up. I will say, watch the YouTube videos they help. Also, go into your settings and change the option to FCC, you get a stronger wifi signal. Picture is great and clear. Check options before buying mine did come with the hard drive included.

Good system with all new features

I am using this system for few weeks now. System is nicely built. It has all the features every one look for. Packaging is neatly organised. I connected NVR to power and network cable to router. Connected 4 cameras came with the package to power and verified they are working and can see in NVR screen. I mounted all cameras where I needed. Threee out of 4 camera worked right away. Fourth one not able to communicate to NVR. I suspected antenna issue and contacted customer support and they sent me 10dbi antenna. That did not resolve the issue. I ordered antenna extension. It worked a bit and I saw some latency in the video. Contacted customer support again and they sent me IPC router and that helped to resolve 4 th camera connectivity issue to NVR. Please note that customer support is by email. It is not bad for me. But if any one want to talk to real person then they may not like it. Email support is not bad at all. They respond back quickly. Another thing I liked about the customer support is they order additional hardware needed to make the system you purchased to work to your satisfaction. I think that is what we needed. IPPRO3 app also good. Attached few pics above. Night vision is great. App let you view remote playback as well. Not tested app push alaram yet, as do not want to have too many alarms at this time to my phone.

Excellent value....Crisp video. Relatively easy to install.

I bought the 4 camera package from Cromroc on Black Friday. Relatively easy to install. The most difficult thing is learning how to place your cameras in that it can be run as a wireless system. The trick I found is spacing your cameras relatively equal distance apart. You have to also work with the sensitivity settings for each camera. They are very sensitive. If you dial it down to 20-30%, things such as insects and raindrops will not set off motion detection as much. The app which work with the system works well- IPPro 3. Push notifications are sent to your phone when there is motion detection as well as being able to see a live feed at any time. I utilize a 3 TB SATA drive which provides plenty of space for continuous recording. I am curious as to how they stand up over time. They appear to be built very well for both outdoor and indoor use.

Cameras Require A Power Supply For Operations.

Pros: Cameras and DVR worked right out of the box. Make sure to orient the camera antennas according to the instructions because the cameras are set up to augment one another if one loses its signal then the other 3 will boost their's to compensate for loss... Cons: The power cords provided are Waay too short to be practical. I purchased 4 25ft extension cords and a circuit overload plug from Wal-Mart to provide power for the camera installation in my attic crawlspace using a 3/4 inch woodbit/hole saw to run wiring for power connection access.
