You definitely ge what you pay for. The quality with this is much better than others I tried. The only downside was the lack of instructions.

Quick swift

Makes the task easy (and fun). I love that there is no plastic. It stores nicely (Amazon box holds the ball winder too so it’s all together which is convenient.) It does take a bit of practice to use but accomplished easily with a little patience and care. A rather meditative process actually - a nice beginning to the tactile arts - and a helpful heads up if there are any surprises in a skein.

I was alittle worried when the box came with a rip in it. But it was fine !! I would buy again !

Excellent quality

I am very impressed with the high quality of this swift. It seems to be well made and good quality and compares with higher priced models I have used. I have only tried it once, but it worked great. I would highly recommend this product.

Every thing I need in a yarn winder

Works well, yet folds up so that it does not take a huge amount of storage space. Very elegant.

Excellent craftmanship- no plastic!

I love the smell of this all wood swift. It winds smoothly, especially after breaking it in. I am reducing plastic in my house, so this beautifully crafted tool is greatly appreciated.

Quality Time Saver

I found this swift to be very well made. The materials used were of good quality. I can wind a hank of yarn in 1/3 of the time.
