these are bright many different colors easy to work with just remember to use the resister that comes with each led or it will get to much power from your power source and blow the led out. It does not take much power to get theses turned on plus they are very bright its a win win with this kit plus very affordable. I'm using them for all of my RC kits planes, RC submarines, cars ,trucks, you name it. would buy it again

I used these to make flickering lights for my plastic jack-o-lanterns. Use one of these in series with 3 plain yellow LEDs and a suitable resistor. The plain LEDs will flicker synced to this one and the brightness is 4X. :-)

I Love these Bi-Color LED Diodes! I Picked Red and Yellow-Green Colors for My Home Made Guitar Stomp Box I put together. My package came with a one Hundred Bulbs also a large quantity of Resistors. The cost of them were very little. I'm very Happy about my New Red & Yellow-Green Lights Bi-Color LED Diodes from EDGELEC. Also The Lights are nice and Bright Too! Thank You EDGELEC & Amazon for Having these to buy! Sincerely, Billy.

These are a little different than what LED I have worked with before. The color tones are very vivid and they are bright. They are also a bit more sensitive to power than what I have worked with before. Use of resistors is essential with these. They work well for my needs. I would buy them again.

The entire thing costs so little, and you get so much. I got the 5x20 Colors (White, Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue) and all the colors are seperated into their own little baggy. The bags are labeled so you know what each bag holds. The resistors also have their seperate bags, and it's very conveniant that it comes with all the resistors you need. Great for little projects.

The red flashing 5mm LED's work well. I do not know about life of the LED's at this point but they flash reasonably brightly with 2 AA batteries and 1 resistor. I do wish they came with some instructions. (I initially soldered the wrong leg to positive but when I got no illumination when powered, I simply reversed the polarity on the same LED & it worked as advertised.)

These provide a nice "charge" for glow-in-the-dark pigments. I haven't tried them with fluorescent paint, but I'm sure they work fine. I used some of them to build a USB-powered light pedestal to light up a selenite tower filled with glow-in-the-dark plastic "stones" and it works great!

I bought this LED kit to replace the burnt out bulbs in my OEM switches, and change the color from the boring green to a cool blue ( I re-used the original rubber blue bulb covers with white LED's). Resistors are needed for 12V systems otherwise you just burn out LED's. I couldn't be happier how it turned out.

I tested out 10 of the lights, just to check quality. They all worked great! I used a 3v DC (no resistor) and a 12v AC adapter (with resistors) - no problems either way. The flickering effect was a bit slow for my needs with just one bulb, but after adding several more, the overlapping of the random flickers was just right. Highly recommended.
