I am not an air conditioning professional, but I found it easier to attach the product 2 my blue hose so that I could pressurize it from gas can. That way, you can turn on the pressure from the can through the blue hose and not have any chance of the liquid back flowing from the suction line port of your compressor into the hose of the gauges. I had to tighten the connector of the product very tightly with pliers onto the compressor suction line connection, the four the gas would flow and push the liquid into the suction line. The contact person with the company name is Stephen, and he is extremely willing to help with any questions.

I bought this for a leaky 12000 btu mini-split system AC/heat pump that was losing refrigerant at a rate of 2.5lbs over 72 hours days. I figured to fill with this and use the dye to locate the leak. So far, it has been weeks and I do not find any dye in any visible areas. The AC/heat pump is functioning perfectly. Will check again next season if it's not still working by then. In the meantime, the results have been better than expected, as I'm sure my leak was larger than the Leak Savers was designed for.

Excellent product, fixed Freon leaks. HVAC tech with 45 years experience will use again. Great company to do business with.

hey there for all you that are wondering if this is a good product I used it for the first time for a 4 ton unit and up to the moment have not have any issues I gave it the five stars on three questions four stars on the value I've purchase other products that are similar for lower price that I know they work overall it's been working so far hope I don't have to face another issue then again anything can happen feel free to buy this product.

Have a slow freon leak on the freezer that's on a commercial fishing boat. I hooked one side of the sealer up to the low side line on the guages and the other side of the sealer to the cold side port on my unit. The sealer went in perfect and I topped the unit off until the sight glass didn't have anymore bubbles. I ran it for 6 hrs and no bubbles or lost freon when I shut it off. It's been running for 4 days now and no bubbles in the sight glass. I had to add freon every other day to keep the glass full. I'll update later as time will tell. Everything good so far though 👍

I injected into my 5 ton home AC system here in Texas a few months ago and so far I haven’t noticed diminished cooling capacity. Will likely update the review next summer to compare this years refrigerant pressure data readings (pressure, superheat, subcooling) to next summers readings to see if I lost any refrigerant. I also used the coupon provided from the purchase to buy another one at the manufactures website for my car. And so far my car is still cooling after a few months, when I had to recharge it with refrigerant every 2 weeks.

Used it on a number of older R22 AC units at rental properties. Has stopped the leaks in all of them. They were all difficult to find leaks either very small or internal to units, but large enough you would have to service the unit once or twice a year. Some of the units are 30 years old. AOK product and great customer service when I had a problem with one of the leak savers. About half the price of competitors product.

I installed it into a system that lost 8 lbs and now it is working great with no leaks now. This is easy to install.

I was actually surprised when one tube of leak sealer did the trick. My AC has been running without issue for over 2 weeks. It previously lost the entire charge in only a week. I didn't need the UV indicator since there was no need to look for where it was leaking. It's good to know that if it loses charge, I will be able to identify the location with my UV light.

Worked exactly as needed fixed a micro leak on a walk-in cooler with r404a
