Product is perfect. Not as quiet as described but overall it is perfect. Prompt delivery and when I needed custom support I was treated with respect and service was professional. Love my over the stove hood.

Total Upgrade

We removed our microwave for this and we love it. I did have to improvise on the chimney with a trim at the top. Due to the location of my vent pipe to the side of the house my hood was 2" lower than the instructions recommended. I did not have a choice to move that pipe so my chimney was short. It works, but wish I had a longer insert for the chimney. Looks great.

I LOVE this vent hood. We recently remodeled our kitchen with Ikea cabinets, but decided to order this vent hood because of the affordable price. I think the quality is just fine, it works so much better than my old one, and it looks amazing. Would order again and again.

I'd ordered a black model and received stainless steel.. daughter very happy with this hood. The fan is a little loud and you need to buy the hepa filters. It's a beautiful addition to the kitchen tho!

Great for the price

Pretty decent for the price. I installed it myself and was fairly easy. Took an hour or so by myself. Feels a little cheap to touch but once it's installed it looks really good for under $200. Fan works really good. I have a vent right out side of the wall and I can see the vent flaps open up from the air this thing pulls. It's a little loud on full fan but if you need it on high the smoke alarms are louder.

I purchased this model to match my complete black stainless kitchen remodel. I have kitchen aid appliances and just wanted to complete my kitchen until I could find the "right" vent hood. The black stainless matched perfectly, love the lights, fan and touch control! I get more compliments on this vent hood!....love the price and function
