They work !
Got these to use for connecting the wiring on a backup camera and monitor. Haven't used on the installation yet because I'm waiting on the monitor. However, I tested one of the taps on a wire from another camera that should be the same. Gauge of the wire was small ( probably 22 ga.) but I was able to get a good connection, testing for continuity. I had previously used a different style of tap where both wires were parallel and found that tap to be a little more cumbersome to use in a tight space. This tap isn't as large and is easier to work with. Can't see going back to the parallel kind. I'm well pleased with the product.

These work really well!!
I was in need of a multiple splice of wires to install a remote tilt/trim switch on my boat, and these things really worked well! I read some of the other reviews which convinced me to buy them, but some also recommended pre-cutting grooves in the wire before attaching these, which I did, and all went very well. The spade connectors are really nice, and make the hookup strong and secure.

For an extra $2, you definitely get Quality and Precision !
While shopping and compare online (where we cannot see and feel the actual products), most people would go with the one with a lower price which that may likely be a mistake; at a glance this product is a couple of dollars more, BUT, I am so glad I purchased this brand of T-tabs as the plastic material is a lot more durable/flexible (Not Crunch - I think you know what I meant as some cheap plastic will crack/crush/snap if over powered while clamping or even not able to interlock properly) plus every single one of the t-tap that I have used so far each locks in place perfectly with a solid connection and seals the wires in place very well/seamless. This is one product I do proudly recommend to anyone for their DIY projects and/or professionals will use without frustration and/or rework. Sincerely.

Excellent concept and equipment
I like the concept and the individual units appear to be strong. When using quick-taps before, there were several instances (especially in "tight" places), where the hinge broke as I was clamping down the unit. So far, none of these taps have done that. All connections I've made have been "good" electrically. Thanks for a well made product. Do you sell quantities of individual sizes vs. the multi-size kits? I use a lot of 16 ga. wire and that leaves a lot of the larger size taps unused.

One of my best purchase, made automotive electrical projects so much easier
I've been tinkering with cars since I'm a teen, replacing radios, lighting, switches, fog light, tail light and I wonder why I never had these until now. Those projects would have been so much easier and less prone to mistakes of cutting the wrong wires and replacing them. These tap made it easier to add, repair DRL, fog lights and tail lights. I already completed three projects on my vehicles from a van, a classic car and a motorhome!

Easy to use. Nice alternative to cutting and splicing.
I ordered these to complete a stereo install. They work well for me. I had already installed the stereo and wanted to install the steering wheel control without cutting back into the wires.

but it was easy to use and connect my device to a 1amp ...
Never used T Taps before, but it was easy to use and connect my device to a 1amp DC line in our RV. Been working flawlessly since I installed it a few months ago.

Best way to tap into automotive wiring
I needed to tap into the dome light wire to supply voltage to some rock lights on my Jeep JK and tried both the quick splice and the T-Taps before deciding on the T-Taps. They are less bulky and snapped together a bit easier. The spot I tapped into was on the passenger side under the glove box which only allowed me to use one hand but the T-Taps snapped right on. I will definitely use these on future projects!

This set is great when you have used different outdoor lighting wire
I have different sized outdoor lighting wire, so I bought this that fit three different sizes along with a crimping tool to add new LED outdoor lights. Gone are those HORRIBLE wire connectors you screw down HOPING that will hit the wire. Now you hit it, crimp it and walk away.

Very Cool
I am elated as to how well these work and how easy they are to use. I have used splice connectors many times in the past but nothing as easy or capable as these. Others can leave exposed wire if not careful. These guys allow you to basically make T connections off of a main power leg and does so with a completely insulated connection. I rewired my cargo trailer in record time. I am a fan!!
