Great tool for a great price.

Just received the Heavy Duty Digital Circuit Tester. What a great addition to my tool box. It comes in it's own case that is well made, not some flimsy box? I am getting acquainted with the circuit tester right now. It is very well made and rugged but also a fine instrument. I look forward to using this tool to find and isolate some electrical problems with my classic car. This is a great tool for a very reasonable price.

Excellent Product

I am very pleased and happy with the design and quality of this product. It has a very large a LCD digital display which is easy to read in both daylight and darkness because it has a light. More importantly to me because I use it to test circuits in my RV, I needed to make sure it was accurate so I compared it to another more expensive tester and it was right on the mark. It has a very long cable and probe which makes it easy to get into those hard to diagnose areas. Finally while using it, I accidently dropped it and there was no damage which speaks to its durability. All in all I am more than satisfied in this product and it has exceeded my expectations in every regard so I give it 5 stars and an A++++++recommendation.

Just received this tester today. Haven't used it yet but it looks very well made. Appears to be high quality without any rough or unfinished surfaces like some are. Really Nice!

Upon opening the packaging I could see I was impressed with it’s visual quality. I took it out to the garage to see how it works on my own pickup. I grounded it to the body and touched it to the positive post on the battery. I quickly noticed that I had the LCD window turned away from me and when I went to readjust the tester stopped working and I couldn’t make it work again, so by now I’m pretty angry. Upon a visual examination I noticed the cord end screws off so I remove it to see if there might be a inline fuse but it was only a spring to hold tension between the cord and volt meter .mechanism. I cleaned it off and put it back together and it started working again with no more mishaps. The numbers aren’t clearly visible until you have the LCD window at the perfect position which might pose a problem when you’re in an awkward position and can’t move to see it perfectly. All in all those where the only two annoyances I seen with this tool, it’s kind of like a miniature version of the Power Probe which I also have. Can’t hardly wait to start using it!!

I'm glad I decided to get the better tester. So much easier to test fuses on my cars with this rather than pulling each one out to find the problem.

Well designed

I ordered this after troubleshooting some automotive issues recently. This tool does not replace a good multi-meter, but is a great tool to have if you like to diagnose problems quicker. I have used it about a dozen times on small trouble shooting tasks, this is way cooler than grandpas screwdriver light. The display falls under the 'okay' category because you need a very specific angle to see the digits but not worth taking a star off.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I really like this tester, saves me a lot of time especially using only one probe instead of a multimeter, only thing gotta get used to is having the LED Screen facing you when testing anything because it's the only part that lights up, it would be great if they added a red light to the handle just to show you have current too, great tool to have!!!

Extremely satisfied!

The correct product arrived in a timely fashion. As in it was delivered on time. The items quality is perfect. The save me $100 versus purchasing from Snap-on tools. I realized the build quality and warranty maybe a little bit lower but I am highly satisfied with this product. Excellent price. I was honestly surprised it was available at this price.

Great tool

Awesome test light. I like how it shows what the voltage is. You only have to use one hand instead of two like with a volt meeter.

Easy to use

When I first got it it didn't work. I took it apart and had to line up the connections and then it worked. Seems like they could have made it so the inside connections lined-up easier. However, once working its nice.
