The easiest computer I know.

This product is phenomenal. It is basic, easy to use and minimum password crazy. My husband has dementia and he can get on his gmail and other sites by himself. That saves me time and energy. I recommend this machine to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic Value for the Money

I had the smaller Acer Chromebook for several years and loved it. It survived a tumble down the stairs, an orange juice bath and finally succumbed when I dropped it and then stepped on it while on vacation. I bought this laptop based on the performance of the smaller one. The speed is more than adequate and, unlike some computers, is intuitive to operate. This one has dual speakers on the top of the unit which I thought were lousy until I saw that they were covered with a protective plastic layer! For my listening these are more than adequate. The bigger screen is really a plus; when I do a lot of reading I don't have to strain my eyes and it will be more fun to watch a movie. I am amazed that this computer costs less than the smaller one I bought several years ago. Definitely a great buy!

You can't go wrong with this

Purchased this to replace our old chromebook. For the price you can't beat this. I am sure that there are other machines out there that are superior in certain aspects, but for what we use this for; schoolwork, minimal web surfing, some you tubing and emailing it is a perfect machine for the price. Would highly recommend.

Super fast and easy to use.

Why I took so long to get a chromebook is beyond me. The best purchase I ever made. It takes minutes to set up. Runs so fast, and is easy to use. I love the fact that there are not a bunch of programs already on the computer. I use my computer for personal home use: paying bills, watching movies, surfing the web, checking email. The battery life is INCREDIBLE! if you want an every day computer that is easy to use and boots up quickly, this is for you.

Bought this at request for my grandson for his graduation ...

Bought this at request for my grandson for his graduation. He is extremely involved with gaming and was pumped to say the least when he received it. He was also appreciating everything else it could do for him relevant to his continuing education. It was a Win Win!

AWESOME PRODUCT...SIMPLE TO USE

I was tired of Windows 10 faulty updates, and needed a reliable computer. The Acer was recommended to me by several friends. I got it last week and love it. Easy to set up and understand, no heat from hard drive, quick, less hassle, nice quality, etc. I still have my Dell with Windows 10, but for right now this Acer Chromebook is my first choice. It takes a little while getting used to a keyboard with fewer keys, and more closely spaced together, but I have no other qualms about this Chromebook. I am learning more about the Chromebook daily, and appreciate its simplicity and no need for added security. Excellent value, and performance. I was pleased with the Acer's price and features. Easy to hook up to Ethernet with adapter if needed.

Excellent Computer

I appreciate the quality for the money of Chromebooks. My children use them at school for assignments, it is very easy for them to pick up what they started at school at home. The quality of this Acer product is superb.

2018 chromebook

I bought this chromebook about 2 weeks ago, and so far, it is working really good. It doesn't come with a mouse, so if you want one, get it while you are getting this chromebook. My son bought this same kind of chromebook from a nearby store. Because of his chromebook, I wanted one too. I'm glad I got it.

It does what you want it to

This Chromebook is excellent. The setup was easy, log into your gmail account and everything is there. I already use Google docs and Google drive, so all of my files were immediately available. My music is on Amazon, which is cloud based, so it too was accessible. If you use cloud based software, you'll love this, no more Windows! The item was in perfect condition, the price was outstanding, and it arrived quickly. I couldn't ask for more.

I have only had this for a couple days but I love it. I went from a macbook to this and expected to be disappointed. I didn't have to adjust any of the settings or anything with this laptop. I logged into my gmail and everything was perfect. So far I have no complaints. I can't believe how inexpensive it was.
