Great video baby monitor

Been using this for a few months now and it works great. Live the ability to remotely move the camera and multi camera feature. I haven't had any issues with lost signal or interference. My only complaint is that if you only have 2 camera, the mulit-camera ciew always shows 4 boxes and the two with actual feeda are pretty small because of this. It would be nice if it just showed dual acreen if you only have 2

We were cautious but we love this

We were skeptical at first after hearing about the Infant Optics DXR-8 and how they offer a free camera with a good review. Not to mention that some of the reviews here I was skeptical about. Plus there are no good highly rated video monitors, especially with a rotating camera. However, this product is awesome. Although we have only had it 2 weeks, we really hope it lasts. We had a hiccup with the monitor not turning on when the baby cried but we found that a setting was not correct. The rotation works well, the image quality is good in day and night. The sound is good. The turn on with crying feature is awesome and so is the fact that when the monitor goes in sleep mode, both the screen AND the sound shut off until it needs to turn back on. Our old one sound never shut off so you had to listen to white noise flipping back and forth all night. The temperature sensor seems accurate. The nightlight is nice. The talk-back feature and lullaby work well but we don't need them.

Worth the price!

Battery life on the monitor is about 45 minutes. Otherwise I love everything about this product! We have 2 cameras 1 monitor and will purchase another camera soon. The nighttime picture is very good. Daytime is crystal clear. Sound lags a few seconds but that's normal.

Great features & clarity

We have had several other monitors for my son but bought this one with 2 cameras when I had my daughter 4 months ago. The image quality is really good compared to others i've had, especially the night vision. I love all the features this one has but mostly love that it includes the mount (and has the correct features) to be able to install it upside down on the ceiling. We can see EVERY bit of their rooms. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

Great range, night vision, VOX mode, great customer service

I ordered this baby monitor set and additional camera almost 5 months ago, and I wanted to come write a review now that I've had time to use them. This is a fantastic system, it works perfectly for our family. I was able to add a second camera onto the system so I can watch both children are once. It cycles through each camera once every 5 seconds or so, which is perfect. The microphone is very sensitive and I don't need to turn the parent monitor on very loud to hear my kids even while I'm watching TV in the evenings. The range on these is great-- easily reaches through two stories and out into the backyard or driveway. After about 4 months of use, one of the cameras stopped moving-- the remote pan/tilt feature no longer worked. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent me a new camera. Great customer service, should you have any issues. I've gone through 6 different monitors since having kids, and this one takes the cake. All the features I want in a monitor and works really well!

LOVE the tilt/scan and zoom features

LOVE the tilt/scan and zoom features. Good picture on the screen and plenty big. I also like that I can talk into my sons room as his bedroom is downstairs. The volume is good, I actually wish it had one more setting quieter then what is available. The temperature monitor option is nice but not super accurate. Once you get used to how it reads however you can get a good idea of the temp in your child's room. I bought this with the extra camera to use as we have a second child on the way but haven't had the chance to use that feature yet. When playing with both cameras it seems it will work well.

Best monitor I’ve used

I love this baby monitor and recommend it to everyone. I have one in my daughters room and one in my sons. I love that it switches from room to room or I have the option of just one room if my son is napping. I bought because this is the only one I found that also shows both rooms at once! You can switch back and forth or just have them both pulled up. Good battery life and picture quality!

Customer Service is great!

I originally had a not so pleasant experience with the first additional camera I got. After receiving a new one, I haven't had any issues. They sent a new one pretty quickly and it works just as great as the original one. We've been through quite a few different baby monitors and this one by far is the best one we've found!

Great monitor and camera system!

We bought this monitor and camera to replace our Motorola ones that kept having charging issues. Our oldest wanted one that would play lullabies, we wanted the pan/tilt/zoom feature and ability to pair with more than one camera, and we did not want a monitor that connected to WiFi or a smartphone. This fit the bill and we've been very happy with it! I'll add that we have contacted customer service with questions twice, and both times they have been responsive and very helpful. Most recently, an agent named Yna took care of issuing us a replacement unit when ours had a problem with the talk feature. She made resolving our issue very easy for me. I'd recommend this product and company to others.

Easy to use

We purchased our first baby monitor from this company through Amazon 2 years ago and loved it. Just bought a second camera for our newborn daughter and pairing and setting up was a breeze.
