Works in my finicky embroidery machine.

I absolutely love this thread!!! Am in the process of using on my embroidery machine which I was having trouble with thread breaking and jamming. Finished a large spool of very expensive thread and switched over to my new Brothread.... love it!! No jams,worked up lovely. I was worried it was a smaller spool,but have finished 8 embroidered towels and the spool looks barely used. To top it off, the colors are fabulous and are ones I'll use often. Will definitely buy again and I will try more of your products as well. Thanks for making an affordable product of high quality.

Excellent color. Rather fine for some satin stitching applique work. UPDATE I have used this thread for 2 months now and absolutely love it. The color is beautiful and quality handles the washing. Highly recommend!

great variety of colors

Items are just as described. Quality thread. bright colors, great variety of colors. My only issue, and it is mine; is that the 550yd. limits the size of project I can do. But for regular embroidery lettering and small designs they will do great! I recommend this item

The Most Beautiful Strong Colors!

I just love this thread. I just started to use it in my new Pfaff Creative 1.5. I'm a novice and just learning how to maneuver the machine so the threads are a blessing when it comes to color changes in designs. These threads are strong and beautiful. Great Threads

I just purchased my machine and order these threads with it so I could start practicing right away. So glad I got them because they work great and lots of pretty colors that have the Brother Numbers on them. Also love that they sent some of the nylon sleeves as a free gift to keep the opened spools from unwinding.

Surprisingly good serger and top stitching thread!

I was a little hesitant to order this thread. I’ve never heard of this manufacturer and I’ve never used machine embroidery thread in my sewing machine or serger. My Janome is not an “embroidery” machine, it’s a heavy duty mechanical machine with about 10 or so embroidery stitches as part of it’s stitch repertoire . I mainly bought this thread set to use in the loopers of my serger (for when I do a three thread flatlock that will show on the right side of the fabric) and realized it might make good top stitching thread for my Janome as well. My Janome will only work properly with Gutterman or other expensive good quality thread, no Dual Duty or other cheap thread works. I tested it out on both machines and on various types and thicknesses of fabric and I’m pleasantly surprised at how durable it is. It is a bit slippery when I used it for all three threads in the serger (Brother 1034 DX) when sewing fleece, the fleece kind of bunched together, so I found I need to leave an extra long thread tail to stretch the edge back out. Once I stretched the fleece back out it looked beautiful. I didn’t think it would work in my Janome because of its Gutterman only requirement, but it works great, no thread nests or breakages whatsoever. I only wish we could order individual colors because I’m not going to keep buying sets of 40 spools of thread just to replace one or two colors. Also I hate pink, I will not be sewing anything that requires pink thread EVER, and I don’t want to end up with some sort of mother load of unused pink shades by repeatedly ordering these sets. The reordering of individual colors seems to be a running theme in the reviews, so maybe the manufacturer should listen and come up with a solution. I know they sell large spools in sets of three for some of the colors, but not all of the colors, and they are grouped so that you get three different colored spools in the same color family. I ordered the purple set and guess what one of the colors was— PINK, ugh.

I ordered for the first time and I received my thread today.. I am OVER THE MOON EXCITED that the number on the thread matches the thread number on my Brother Machine!! (Yes my OCD was kicking in about the numbers matching) I did ask before I ordered if it match and he said it would and I was so HAPPY to see that it does.. I was comparing the thread colors to what I already have and OMG this thread colors are so vivid I cant wait to use the thread on my next project. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best thread kit i have worked so far

This kit contains 40 beautiful colors silk thread spools. These are very soft and thick enough for any embroidery design projects. I used these threads for making ear hangings and necklaces and some embroidery work on my girl clothes. It runs very smoothly on my machine without looping. This is the best thread kit i have worked so far.

Very beautiful colors that are so vibrant! I’ve only used 4 colors so far and only one of them has given me trouble. It broke 3 times. I just took about a yard off and started again. it seems to be doing fine now. I would definitely order again! Shipping was fast and packaging was great!
