I have very dry cuticles. Both my cuticles and nails grow very fast and I have to trim the cuticle back weekly before I can manicure. Oils don't work. They are so dry that I end up bleeding no matter how careful I am. This is perfect. I had to leave it on each cuticle for a minute, use an orange stick to push the cuticle back and scrape the thin invisible cuticle off, and trim the excess. Then I washed it off as directed. They came out great with no bleeding. You may have to experiment with the amount of time you leave it on. If you have thick dry cuticles and hangnails like me, expect to have a little extra to trim. The excess is very soft and trims off easily. The photo is the finished product.

Perfect for Difficult Cuticles

I have difficult cuticles- they grow fast and adhere tightly to my cuticle bed making very them difficult to loosen & nip off. This product (& honestly, A LOT of the Sally Hansen line) REALLY does the job for me- like no other I've found. I highly recommend this product for tough cuticle removal ! 😉

OMG the best product for my nails EVER

Background: I'm in my early 30s. After trying on acrylic nails during college, I had to stop after the first few times. Ever since then, my nails were brittle, easily chipped, and even splits or turn into hang nails if not kept short--even after all these years! Ever since then, I continued to paint my own nails at home. Cons: - NONE!!!! Pros: - My nails are strong, despite still chipping but not as much - My nails are LONG and beautiful - Softens and hydrates cuticles, even days after it was last applied This product does what it says it does, which it simulates nail growth and hydrate or soften cuticles. I noticed a difference just after my first use! My nails and cuticles tend to get very dry and then rough, and then that leads to me biting or picking my cuticles--such a bad habit. When I don't use this for a few days, it goes back to being dry and rough. I massage it into my cuticles and nails, and I don't even put on lotion for it to remain hydrated--but of course it would help. When I don't have nail polish on, I use this cuticle oil before applying their Nail Nutrition/Strengthener Green Tea & Bamboo, which is a clear polish that also has a nice shine.

Miraculous!

This stuff is amazing! I used to be a devotee to this stuff and my nails were beautiful. But sadly I fell under the spell of the argon oil trend, thinking it would do the same thing. WRONG! My nails reverted back to being peeling and chipping disasters! I reordered a week ago, and have been using twice a day since over my old manicure because it was fresh and my nails responded after the first use! I redid my manicure last night and my nails have done a complete 180, stronger and healthier, with no ridges, peeling or chipping! Do not hesitate, and don't let the price fool you. And please to the powers that be DON'T EVER EVER STOP MAKING THIS! It is nothing short of miraculous and I couldn't be happier, my nails are back and beautiful! Plus I would reorder from this vendor again. The product arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged.

Sally Hansen makes another great product!

I've really begun to polish my nails more and more at home. Through Pinterest I've learned all kinds of techniques to make my nails look salon finished. This was one of my purchases to help clean up my cuticles. This along with a cuticle pusher and voila I have even more beautiful in home manicures. My only suggestion is that when using this product that you don't push your the cuticle pusher too far below your ridge or you will pull up your healthy cuticle. On another note, I usually wear OPI and Essie nail polish, though use Sally Hansel for my base coat, top coat (and after trying more expensive less effective options. Now I am buying this cuticle remover. Good stuff and I highly recommend.

Your Nails Will Thank You

I just purchased the Sally Hansen cuticle rehab yesterday, and it's already making a difference! It's an application brush that you squeeze and can easily apply the oil to your cuticles. I really like the brush applicator as it makes it a mess free process. The product smells fantastic and absorbs very nicely into your skin. My nails get super dry and cracked especially along the sides and this has helped them already in one day. The size is also great where you can throw it in your purse or in your office drawer to easily apply (but yet it won't get lost). I feel like this is really going to help me this winter. I'd highly recommend this product - it's great value (and was cheaper on here than at CVS).

Excellent Product

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to with this, my cuticles were extremely dry, cracking, peeling, hurting and bleeding and I decided to give this a try and it is amazing!! My cuticles are looking so much better and I just ordered another one and plan to have one in stock all the time!! Very impressive and reasonably priced! Love it

Great product but be careful!!

This stuff works so well, but DANG it is strong. DO NOT LEAVE ON LONGER THAN INSTRUCTED. It did a wonderful job melting away some big calluses on my feet. I would not let your teens use this without supervision. You definitely need to use a kitchen timer - don't just guess on the time, or you could end up with a nasty acid burn.

Magical!

The skin around my nails suddenly became so cracked and bleeding and this has saved them!! Almost immediately after applying the gel my skin smoothed our and the newer cracks have begun healing.
