It Works great

Good product, I did my windows on the outside of my home and the job was quick and easy. Pads cleaned the glass well, squeegee did a great job, no streaks or water left on the glass.

So Easy to Use

i just used it today (July 29) for the first time and it worked great. i used half a bucket warm water, some dish washer stuff for spots and some dawn. Hosed the windows, used the mop to clean the window and then wash it off with the hose. Bahm! Done! no streaks. Then i used the mop to wash the dog's pool and as i was doing laundry i through the mop head in the wash. The poles were long enough for me to do the windows on the main floor without a ladder.

A Must Have

Weird design but absolutely makes windows look beautiful!

This does an amazing job cleaning windows. It made cleaning them fun. Pro tip dishsoap and water nice lather then use the the blade starting all the way at the top and coming allthe way back down. Finish with the dry brush. Your windows will be invisible. My only gripe is that the blade doesn’t just attach to the handle it attaches to the sponge. This to me is a bad flaw but easily worked around by either making sure the sponge doesn’t drip or removing the sponge off its holder.

Wowie! Clean windows!

I purchased this in a last ditch effort to finally make cleaning my big bay window possible without a ladder - our front lawn slopes away form the house and even standing on a chair won't allow my husband who is 6'4" to reach the top of the window and we've found a ladder to be a precarious perch. This solves all the issues in one fell swoop. He unboxed it and put it together - which was a breeze and barely took a minute to complete - and out he went to do battle with a very dirty window. The job is done and the window about as clean as we've ever seen it. Sure, there were some streaks to contend with, but given how dirty the window was that is no surprise. Another few swipes and all is well. We are very satisfied customers! The company has sent a few e-mails with instructions on assembly and general follow-up - which we both appreciated. Even the pooch is happy as now she can see what it is she's barking at!

When I think of all the times I climbed ladders to get to the top of windows and I could have had this...still kicking myself. Great product.

Easy for Hard To Reach Windows

I have 2 large windows, 18ft to the top. I was able to wash the interior and exterior using this tool. It took a few rounds to get all the smudges and such, mainly because the windows are so large. I have to stand on a ladder while using, and it wasn't heavy or unwieldy. The washing cloth worked great, and having the squeegee on the pole at the same time is brilliant. The squeegee could be a little more rigid but it worked well enough. I have used it only once so can't speak to durability. This saved me $100's by not hiring a professional cleaner.
