They will do for what I need them for.
I looked into what size I would need for the boxes of documents I was stuffing into storage and these are about right. I packed the boxes of documents inside a plastic bag with one of these inside (being careful not to tear said plastic bag with the contents), with the bag being inside of another slightly larger cardboard box, and sealed the plastic bag closed with packing tape and then sealed the cardboard box. I hope this design works to keep the moisture out. Anyway, these arrived in a seal plastic bag, with a separate recloseable zip top bag to keep the ones you don't use dry. They were ready to use (NOT already saturated if the color change bits are to be believed). So far I am happy with them.

Soak up moisture quickly. Would be nice if they sold 250 gram packs.
These packs do their job. The color changing beads are great. I use them to keep in drawers that contain metal items. They might be a little small for the space. But they do what they're supposed to. I tried to dry mine in the microwave at 5 minutes defrost (microwave is 1.5 KW), but they aren't completely dry. I may need to put them in there for another few minutes. The directions say 9-11 minutes for a 700 W microwave. I guess this is only for one pack at a time.

Reusable; color Indicator to indicate need to dry
I have several fireproof and waterproof safes and one extra large document bag and since they are air tight, require silica gel packs to absorb moisture to prevent damage to the documents inside. These packets contain orange crystals that turn green when no longer able to absorb more moisture and when there are no more orange crystals showing you know it is time to dry packet in microwave or conventional oven to turn crystals back to orange. Very handy and takes guess work out of when it is time to dry the gel packs. I recommend these gel packs highly.

Helpful sized packages
Needed these for my 3d printer filament storage (the filament needs to be kept dry). They are tucked inside the center of the spools, nestled inside a Sterilite gasketed tub. Keeps the filament nice & happy! Got the idea from my husband's gun safe version (large metal canister of similar product). I like these are both reusable & smaller pouches. I don't have to worry about spills (his has, that was horrible to clean up) and can toss them into any place I need, no worring about beads everywhere. They recharge decently as well (microwaved).

Nice, big DO NOT EAT packets!
Bought to keep camera gear dry while traveling in humid / tropical climates. Worked brilliantly. Zero lens fogging even on underwater cameras. Indicator beads are a very nice touch and the packets are reusable with a zap in the microwave. Good stuff.
Pretty Swag
Time will tell
Put 3 of these in my secret stash within the house to prevent rusting of my pistol. The package says rechargeable in either stove or microwave. Time will tell, but I was looking for something discreet and unnoticeable, it appears this was a perfect choice. If I turn out to have moisture issues, I still have 3 more I can add to the existing units I have already put out! Once the crystals turn from orange to green, it's time to recharge!

0 humidity in my large 3d print filament dry box!
I bought this to store 3d print filament so they wouldn't go bad over time from moisture. I was amazed, on day 1 I put only 1 pack in and my humidity was reading zero within few hours. I ended up dropping the others I wasn't using in their because why not... In the picture it's reading about 4 percent humidity. I took the lid off to stand the pack up so you could get a better look and it caused the humidity to climb a bit. Anyways I would definitely buy this again, totally worth the price. Also used a couple to store homemade beef jerky and dried banana slices. Great Product!

If you have a problem with mold in your dog food I suggest you try this product.
I have this product an excellent rating because I don't see that there will be any problems with it. I have a problem with dry dog food molding in the bottom of a container I store it in will while being used. I have not gotten to the bottom yet so I don't know if it working. Amazon asks for reviews to soon for me.

Time will tell, but overall a good value
I bought these packets to keep moisture out in my ammo containers. Even though I live in a dry climate, I take extra precautions to keep things dry. The packaging is good although the resealing strip is a challenge to close at times. Overall I am pleased with the quality and ability to reuse as needed. Instructions were clear and concise. Recommended.

Useful.
Bought it a while back for our new digital camera. Heard that water a camera enemy. The package does come with a few color beads inside to identify if the desiccant are hydrated. I know it work because I set a paper towel inside the microwave, put the bead packages on top of the towel and started it on at low setting. After about 2-3 minutes you can see water vapor (condensation) forming. The bead does change color and I guess it ready to be use again. Would buy again.
