This is a wonderful yummy stuff maker! it's so simple to make multiple food, I put one egg on top of the pancake till solid, so delicious. 3 : 1 : 7 (flour + corn flour + water) I use whole grain corn flour. By the way, I just got it today. I invite my mom for dinner, then guess what, she told me she must have one! I am order second one for her today.

Nice smaller electric skillet. Just the size I wanted. Can cook four burgers or pork chops at once. Heats up fast, easy to clean (not submersible). The glass lid has a vent hole, lid and fits well. The price was good.

I have a 10" non-electric crepe pan that I use to make dessert crepes, but I wanted to make some bigger crepes with savory fillings. The 13" diameter really makes a difference in how much & how easily you can fill the crepe. This appliance worked well - it came to temperature quickly and maintained a pretty constant, even heat. For my first time working with it, I used the recipe included in the instructions and I thought the texture was a bit tough. But it was clearly not the fault of the electric pan, because when I switched to my own recipe they turned out fine.

Oh my gosh for an inexpensive pan this works great ! My Faberware stainless electric skillet gave up after over 20 years. I can't find a Faberware replacement so ordered another brand of a stainless skillet. I hate it !!! things stick, it is not submersible-my fault I didn't read the description well. It was over 30 days so could not return. I ordered this as didn't want to spent much to try something else. Every time I use it I comment on how such an inexpensive skillet works so great. It's very light weight & easy to clean. Even if it only lasts a few years, hey for the price I will have gotten my moneys worth. it very much fits my need for the thingst I use an electric skillet for.

I already have one of these excellent skillets...ordered this one by mistake and returned no problem...Amazon is the best... this is an easy clean cooking utensil...anything from bacon, to pancakes, to steak to grilled cheese sandwiches...LOVE MINE

I cook a lot. Wanted this because of the temperature control. I must say, it has performed perfectly. Made fried potatoes with sofrito and eggs today. Great sear for the potatoes, turned it down to sweat the sofrito and to scramble the eggs. worked perfectly. Light weight, easy to clean, small enough not to encompass my small kitchen. I love it.

I've never used a skillet before - I'm probably in the minority. I was looking for something compact as it is just my husband and I. This has worked out perfect. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but have fried fish, onion straws, fried green tomatoes, bacon....I'm sure I'm missing something else. At any rate, it has worked awesome and the temperature seems to stay very level. Clean up is extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this product. In response to those that said the legs wobbled - I had no problem with mine. It is super stable.

It was difficult to get the feet/handles screwed in properly, but I got it done well enough. I use it often and I have noticed in one corner the coating has kind of bubbled a tiny bit. Other than that, it works great.I've made chicken, steak, Rice-A-Roni, and of course grilled cheese and quesadillas.

I got tired of trying on my glass cook top and making a big mess. So, I cover the cooktop with a cloth, put this on it under the exhaust fan and use this little gem for frying messy food. When I’m finished, I just quickly wash it out and let it dry. No mess on my cooktop and dinner is done. This is one of the handiest pans in my kitchen. It’s big enough to cook 6 chicken breasts but small enough to easily store in my drawer. It heats up fast, cooks well and then washes easily with it’s non-stick coating. Love it!!!!

The size is only 11" X 11" not 144 square " and not 12" by 12" buy any stretch as stated in other reviews. 6 pieces of Bacon just fits before cooking . It does not get real , burning food, hot or have cool spots , that part I love . For the price its fantastic for what it is . I have tried the new nonstick super coatings an they last about 2 months before food sticks so bad the skillet ends up in the garbage. This one I love so far .
