We had a huge clock in our living room that stopped keeping time, the wife was upset thinking we were going to have to replace it and I was upset thinking I was going to have to spend $150 on new clock! I swapped this mechanism in about 10 minutes tops, the clock keeps great time and is far more quiet than the original movement, well worth the money!

It has been keeping good time ever since I installed it over a week ago. I am glad I read reviews and realized I needed a high torque movement for my 24” Outdoor Clock. The hands are very thin so care must be taken. So far great! Couldn’t ask for more at a decent price.

Finally found some clockworks that would fit my oversized clock and it didn’t cost me an arm or a leg. My old decorative hands could not fit on the unit so I was forced to use to use the ones that came with it and they are fine. Did have to adjust just the spacing of the hands so not to touch and get caught up with one another. But super easy.

Long time looking for replacement clock mechanism with longer-length and non-spade dial hands, can't find at hobby stores. This item fit the bill! Minute dial hand is 10.2 inches, hour hand is over 7 inches. Purchased for a 24 inch diameter clock. Met 2-day delivery, easy to install, seems to maintain accurate time.... installed a week ago, time will tell (pun intended!). The clock had a wider opening so had to wrap foam piece around mechanism shaft, tho this worked! Recommend.

hands are hard to work with almost like paper but not sure of how to replace large metal star clock hands. Got them on they are great looks like they were made for this clock

I have a very large clock with an 18" minute hand. The motor that came with the clock was not a high torque motor and failed to keep the correct time. This was a perfect replacement and the original Hour and Minute hands fit righ ton it.

Got my big clock fixed with this. My 24" wall clock stopped running. I was worried I had to buy a new one and wouldn't find one exactly like I wanted. Took me a long time to find this one. Ordered this item and when it showed up, it had instructions for installing into a clock face that worked perfectly for my clock face. Yeah, the big long hour and minute hands it comes with are flimsy. But it seems to me they HAVE to be to be light enough for the clock works to turn them for years and years. In any case, they were exactly as flimsy as my old minute and hour hands. In fact I was able to use my old hands on the new clock works so my clock looks and works exactly like it used to. So long as you install the hands with care, they won't bend.

I was building my own wall clock and ordered this unit. The hands were good quality and the motor itself is sturdy and very reliable.

Very good quality product! I chose this clock mechanism for a large 36 in clock that needed to be high-torque. I didn't use the hands that came with it only because they were too small for how large my clock is. I used the hands that came with my clock originally and am pleasantly surprised that it's keeping time perfectly.

I purchased this to replace clock movement that never worked right. This went together in a few minutes and keeps perfect time. I looked at the directions and put the round cover on by pushing, it's on there but it says not to push just screw it on. I'm not going to pull it off, I'll wait and see if it falls off then I will screw it on. It was my fault. I think this is a quality unit and I would buy again
