GREAT - BUT - OOTB WiFi and BlueTooth did not work ... WiFi took my network down when activated

So I am a 30 year IT professional and decided to try a refurbished device for a change. Was particularly interested in small form factor and good performance. This machine fits that bill and I'm thrilled with the FINAL end result .. However, out of the box two devices did not work - Bluetooth would not connect and WiFi literally brought my network down. After NO response from tech support for two weeks … I simply bought other Bluetooth and WiFi adapters and am now very happy with the result. By the time Support got around to answering my emails (couple of weeks) I had already fixed my own problem. ort) .... For me it was worth another $40 to just get new (and better) Bluetooth and WiFi adapters and be on my way.

Great bang for the buck

We needed a solid basic workstation and because of our environment we needed a solid state hard drive. We shopped around and this was the best deal we could find. I'm typing up this review on this new workstation and it's been performing great. It comes with Windows 10 which is a huge plus. If we need more I'd use them again.

Nice system for the price

Great pc especially for the price.

The pc works great, super fast and in good condition. Would have liked a bit more rom, but the sdd is great especially for the price. The mouse that came with it didn't work and the keyboard was small, but I had my own so didn't need them anyways. Wifi adapter works great, I replaced my old one with the one that was included. Tried to save money and needed a decent pc, this was definitely above what I expected. Good company.

Product as described, easy set up, fast Wifi with adapter!

Received equipment in excellent condition. PC took me 10 mins to set up, pre-installed very useful software. Fast, and reliable Wifi connection with included USB adapter. It also brings a USB-to-HDMI adapter which I have not tested yet, but not necessary for my needs. Only complain I'd have is the cheap, poor performing keyboard, and mouse. It's the real deal basic hardware on both devices, and letter "b" already failing on the keyboard as I use it the First time. I'll be changing those really fast. They might as well sell the PC without them. Otherwise I'm very pleased with my purchase. The PC is what matters, the peripherals can be changed easily.

Dedicated For My Music Station

This was a fantastic purchase. I am a IT guy and simply needed something that had a DVD, lots of usb ports, a fast hard drive (aka:SSD), decent amount of RAM and Windows 10 Pro. This is perfect! I was very surprised on how fast this performs. I forgot how much faster desktop and tower PC's are compared to laptops which is what this replaced. It reminded me why I always had a permanent desktop computer for my home and this one fit the bill! I was going to get a new desktop for around $900 to $1200 but wanted to see if a refurbished business class desktop could accomplish my needs and it actually exceeded. The unit was very clean, very few scratches, but more importantly runs amazing. It boots up in seconds and the performance exceeded what I needed. I am not a gamer and this unit is not designed as such so I cannot comment on the video card for such use, but for streaming, office apps etc it exceeds the needs. I was not worried about the apearance as I know it was from an office environment and might have been dinged up. The appearance has nothing to do with how well the unit performs, but the unit was exceedingly clean and very few scratches. It's how it works is what is important and it was money well spent. I had a minor noisy fan and they sent me a new one at no charge and very quickly. Their support was wonderful for a refurbished product. Highly recommend.

Great Value!

I bought this machine for editing video projects. Lightning fast start up. Does a decent job rendering videos quickly. Could edit videos right out of the box (after installing editing software). Would suggest adding some more internal or external data storage. I added a 1tb internal SSD and an external 4tb Seagate Firecuda because I’m dealing large files. Very happy with my purchase.
