Very attractively packaged, but I write that only for gift-givers. I'd had a Houdini from Home Goods for years, and was crushed when it finally broke. This was the closest I could find and had many positive reviews. These "rabbit ear" push-downs are the most effortless I've found. A BB&B twist-down corkscrew broke after a couple uses - had to use pliers on both cork and screw to separate the pieces each time. THIS ONE even comes with an extra corkscrew. Have just used it today, but I expect to get many bottles' use of it. It is very attractive, and the aerator and foil cutter are welcome additions. Absolutely 5 STARS.

I have used this opener at least 4 times. It is built better than the last one I owned. So far it is great.

This is an excellent set and the wine opener is perfect. Follow instructions and remove wax toppers and slowly lower and raise the corkscrew. Perfection! The wine foil cutter worked very well for the first few uses but like all other openers of this design, the flimsy blades popped off. Gluing them back lasted only 1 or 2 times before I threw it out. They would do better to include the type of opener with four secure wheels.

better than previous rabbit

This rabbit is much better made than our last rabbit. This one is mostly metal, and thick, sturdy metal. The handle is longer allowing for better leverage and easier opening. Suction top is better than the rubber ones we have used in the past. Overall, everything in this set is just better. I recommend you buy it.

Bought for a gift, decided to keep for myself.

When I ordered this wine opener I thought it would be a great gift for our friends. When I received it, I decided to keep because I love it.

I should have purchased this one the first time!

I have purchased two wine opener sets this year but the first one made by another manufacturer literally fell apart and was unusable after only about a month of casual use. So after careful research I ordered this Wine & Cork wine opener set and I'm extremely pleased with it. Excellent quality and it's been flawless, pulls the cork right out and ejects it nicely. Excellent quality for a reasonable price.

This is an excellent set. The wine opener is heavyweight and solid feeling. I have had other openers with plastic parts literally fall apart in my hands. It has nice smooth action during the entire process. The accessories are useful and match the opener in quality and appearance. It comes in a handy flip top box. Highly recommend this product.
