Great Product. Worth the money.

Save yourself some trouble and buy a new pick-up tube if your vehicle has the welded-flange type. I replaced my pick-up tube, used this part, and it worked great. Before I had less than 20psi at start up and about 40psi while driving. I also had a very loud tapping/ticking noise. This part along with the new pick-up tube solved my issue. I now have 40psi at idle and 60psi while driving. I no longer have the noise. This product does a great job of suspending the pick-up tube and prevents future issues. Very happy with the quality as well.

This Part Is A MUST For ANY LS4 Motor!

Od say if you have ANYTHING with an LS4, weather it be an 06+ Impala SS, 04-08 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP, or anything else then I believe this is a MUST because from the factory the oil pick-up tube is only secured with 1 bolt, yet there are provisions for 2 bolts to be used, so this kit utilizes secures the oil pick-up tube using both bolt holes and comes with 2 new bolts. I think it would also be a good idea to replace the oil pick-up tube O-ring as well when installi pick-up pick-up and would highly recommend doing so

Good product

Works great, I did have to grind down a little weld on the pickup tube but that's not the products fault. Also my pickup tube is one and a half inches off the oil pan bottom. I don't know what that's about but I am having to extend it.

Perfect fit. Gm should have put this in themselves. Added security for my oil pump tube. 2 screws instead of 1. Made the install of a new pump easy with even tension sliding into the oil pump with out damaging the o ring

Pay close attention to pick up tube

Amazing product, found it satisfying watching the whole piece sit flush against the oil pump. I did have the wrong oil pickup tube shown in the picture which says wont fit, didnt realize until it was already ordered. After some grinding the tube, it fit like a dream, error was on my side and I liked the way it looked. Also felt good quality, bolts did feel cheap but believe it was cause of their size(8mm) compared to OEM (10mm) Used on a LQ4

Is it necessary or worth it? That's up for debate, but the extra piece of mind it provides cannot be understated. The fitment was very good.

High quality part

It’s pretty dumb that GM puts two threaded holes in the oil pump for the pickup tube, but uses only one. I installed this with a new pickup tube. It’s very high quality and comes with two new mounting bolts. Now I have the extra piece of mind that my pickup tube is secure and sealed right.

A must have!

Works perfect! Very glad I purchased this. Will buy another for my other truck when I replace the oil pan gasket.

Easy installation, and good quality material!

If you are upgrading, updating, or just overhauling your LS based engine, this girdle is a must! It will prevent are cavitation and uneven seating of the sump o ring.

I wanted the extra (what if) support for my oil pickup tube...watched videos for ls swaps for my 66 c10 and it seems most do this while pan is off...great product, no issues, installation was easy! Thanks
